First look at the adventure creator

The Adventure Creator is a new editor for the Spore Galactic Adventures Expansion pack. One of the main features of it has is the ability to create planets and missions that can be uploaded to the Sporepedia. The mission editor has three sections, a section for editing a mission, a section for editing the planet that the mission is on, and a section for playing the missions. The planet section allows the player to change the colors of the planet, as well as bringing in stamps, which include things like lava pits, hills, etc. The player will be able to rotate and change the size of the stamps they put in, just like with the parts in the other creators. They will also be able to add and take away flora (the planet will automatically be covered with flora). There will also be several sliders to change the planets day and night, atmosphere, heat, and water level. If the planet is hot enough, water will be replaced with lava, and if a planet is cold enough, the water will be replaced with thin ice and slushy water. The planets design will also have other effects, such as adding in hazards like lava, which will damage players who fall into it, lightning, damaging players that get too high up into the air, and other things.

The second part of the Adventure Creator is the actual adventure part. Here, there are several tabs for vehicles, buildings, and creatures. Clicking on these tabs will let the player choose one of the vehicles, buildings, or creatures from the Sporepedia to bring onto the planets surface. Patrol routes, a path that can be set out for vehicles and creatures, can be made. Creatures, Vehicles and almost everything can also be given dialogue, and they can be put on one of four different 'teams'. Creatures will generally be aggressive towards anyone on a different team, or peaceful to all. Buildings, vehicles and creatures alike can have their size scaled, creatures in particular changing from normal, babies, rogues, and even epics. The number of hitpoints they have can be changed, as well as how fast they are, how far they can see, and how much damage they deal, and creatures can be given weapons. Creatures also have a slider that changes how aggressive they are, how easily they will be able to detect the player, how large they are (although sizing one up too much turns it into an Epic Creature), among other things as well, like what dialouge they have. New Achievements have also came with Adventure Creator. Another feature of the Adventure Creator is the ability to directly drag a creature from the Online Sporepedia into the adventure, seen in a preview video where a creature resembling a Jigglypuff being brought into the adventure and turned Epic.

While playing a created adventure, textures will be of better quality. There are also leaderboards for the adventures, the players that did the best being awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals which are displayed on the leaderboards along with their usernames.
