Black Cloud is the Civilization stage consequence ability for getting the Friendly trait card in Tribal stage.
Effect
It launches a black cloud at a city, and shuts down all entertainment buildings and turrets by raining diseased animals down on the populace. It is useful in making Religious attacks quicker, since they go by faster without entertainment buildings. Because the Black Cloud affects also the turrets, it's also helpful for military attacks.
