Boiling planets are planets intermediate between Water Planets and Arid Planets. They have high atmospheres, but they are not too hot to dry out completely into Arid Planets or Lava Planets. The oceans are red, and the terrain is variable. They are unlikely to be found naturally in Spore, but planets can be terraformed into this type of planet. On the terra-score meter, the dot is near the upper right of the Ecosystem panel. Venus in the Sol system is a Boiling planet.
