[edit] How to add your building

[edit] Add links to the list

If you would like to add your building to the database, simply edit this page and type this in one of the bulleted lists below, where Building Name is your the name of your particular building:

*{{CONTENT|Building Name|author}}

This will create 3 seperate links that look like this:

• Buiding Name (author ^more)

Each of the links serve a different function and are created based on the SW:SOC policy, new creations as of September 9th will only be using the first link because of the changes explained here.

[edit] Create and add info to your building page

Use the appropriate box for concept buildings or actual in game buildings .

[edit] For concepts

For buidings that are simply ideas of what you want to create or will create when spore is released. Replace BuildingName with your building's name.

[edit] For ingame

For huts that have already been created in-game. Replace BuildingName with your building's name.

[edit] Add your building to the building database template

This is not required, and if you do not understand how to do this then don't worry, someone will come along and do it for you. You an make sure of that by editing in a note about it on your building's talk page (discussion tab at the top). But if you wish to edit in your building, simply find the section on the {{buildingdatabase}} template that it belongs in and add it in the same form that you added your building to the list on this page. There is an "Edit" link on the template itself for an easy way to make additions.
