Nyakik is a magical familiar spirit bound to the half-elf witch Clothovera Moirai since her birth, serving as a part of her soul and as a representation of her magic affinity. Taking the appearance of a small feline with strange tendrils coming out of her ears, she is known for her egotistic and bossy attitude regarding other people, though she is far from malevolent and is quick to come for the aid of her friends and allies.
As an extension of Clothovera's magic, Nyakik's form is directly proportional to her mistress's magic skill. While she takes the form of a kitten, her true form is that of a great white panther wyvern whose magical powers rival that of master wizards and sorcerers. Not only that, she is also closely linked to Clothovera's Aether Emerald, which allows her to transform into her mature form early through temporary periods of time.
History
Nyakik was summoned and bound to Clothovera's soul immediately after her birth at 15 NA by her mother, the witch Chrysantheia Moirai, who likewise possessed a feline familiar of her own. Like all familiars in the Moirai family, Nyakik is stated to be a descendant of the great black Manticore-like familiar who served Witch Clotholaire during the times of the Dawn Wardens, though she has little knowledge of his existence. Since her birth, Nyakik has accompanied Clothovera through Koldenwelt, serving as her first and for a long time, only true friend until they met Hachi and eventually the Sea Witch. When the young witch found her Aether Emerald in the carcass of a dead Lympharian, Nyakik immediately linked herself to it, granting her the power of temporarily achieving her mature form as her equivalent of an Aether State.

Appearance
Nyakik's mature form
Nyakik's standard form resembles a white furred domestic cat with a long fluffy tail, with many key differences. Her eyes are rounded and her ears are shaped like a closed flower, with tendrils poking out of them, and some blue fur can be found on her legs. Her forelimbs also possess what look like very tiny, immature wing webbing. Upon achieving her mature form, Nyakik appears as a very large panther, large enough for an adult Aithrena Elf to ride on like a horse, and her tail extends to massive lengths and grow great numbers of spikes. Her wings also fully grow, allowing her to fly with them, and her ears unfold, revealing the full extend of her tendrils.
Personality
Like a stereotypical cat, Nyakik is lazy. She is also very well known for her extremely pompous and bossy attitude, having a very noticeable superiority complex which is stated to be a side effect of Clothovera's magical inexperience. Despite these mannerisms, she grows more mature depending of how more skilled Clothovera becomes with her magic, and even then she is known for being extremely protective of her mistress, doing all in her power to ensure her protection. She has also grown on Clothovera's surrogate family and protects them with equal determination.
Abilities
Even in her immature form, Nyakik is capable of using arcane magic which take the form of psychokinesis. She can make small and light objects float in the air and can also push them in any direction as a way of launching them at targets, though this power is ineffective heavier than a five kilograms, and physically, her only means of self-defense are her cat-like claws. In her mature form, however, Nyakik's powers become amplified to the point she overshadows her mistress, her telekinesis becoming strong enough to affect ogre-sized enemies, which she then uses to launch them away or toward obstacles. While she can potentially crush men with the power of her mind, Nyakik refrains from doing so for finding the idea unnecessarily cruel. Her physical strength becomes comparable to that of young dragons, her wings become sharpened enough to cut through armor and her tail becomes powerful enough to be used as a giant leather whip, also possessing the ability of firing its spikes at enemies as projectiles. Her tendrils become vulnerable to attacks, however, and severing them causes Nyakik to be rendered mindless and comatose until they grow back.
