“A confederacy of sentient beings to govern interstellar politics. Each race still holds laws for their own solar systems, but everything that takes them outside of that area is governed by CAB. The CAB govern things such as trade, war, and foreign relations with non-CAB members. Every member of CAB has it's own CAB embassy, with CAB headquarters being on Hagunda, the Oifan-Umtag homeworld. Some of the benefits of joining the CAB are: free interstellar trade between fellow members, freely shared technological advancements, military support, should one system come under attack, free elections with every system having equal representation, etc. Any race visiting another system under CAB jurisdiction must cohere with that systems own laws, except in relation to trade (whether it be goods or technology) or on the gounds of the embassy, which is under CAB jurisdiction, not the systems owner.”
