I don't think the city phase should be removed, and that the underwater phase should have a page. The reasoning is simple, although they are not currently phases in the game, Will Wright said on multiple occasions that stuff that was cut from the original game often makes it into expansions, and if/when these phases return I think we should be able to see what changes have occurred in the development.222.147.182.251

I agree. They should be left in so we can see what was goin g to be in the game, even if it doesn't make it, or does not become an expansion pack.Pilchard
