[edit] Flying creatures
Im sure I saw an article somewhere that said that flying creatures would be possible (although they would walk when in cities or something like that) but unfortunantly I forgot to take note of where I found the information, so Im a bit hesitant to update the page. Does anyone else know what Im talking about?

In one of the videos during the civilization stage, there are flying vehicles, which could possibly mean there can be flying creatures too. -Austonst 14:05, 28 July 2006

- There are flying creatures. One of the game creators says it in an interview in the PC Gamer Magazine. They can fly but the cities will be on land. Axel

8 minutes into the google video |Spore Presentation @ Games Convention 2006 - sporeonline.de Will Wright mentions in reference to a creature he has just made "if it had one leg it would hop, if it had no legs it would slither like a snake." This would appear to confirm that slithering creatures are possible.--Mckinlayr 18:06, 16 December 2006 (PST)
