In the 2007 GDC (Or something similar) there appears to be BIG changes to the Mircobe stage, so I suggest this pages gets a whole lot of editing. For instance, there dosent appear to be any more brown bloby things, now just larger microbes. Plank of Wood 07:57, 30 March 2007 (PDT)

That is the new look of the Microbe Editor and the eyes were added for aesthetic appeal. I do not think you have to put them on. There are actually microscopic multi-celled creatures with eyes though microbes do not have eyes.

What I am interested in are the robotic parts in the Creature Editor. If in the Space Phase you gain access to all of the editors and you can use robotic parts on creatures or build robots, can you create nanobots in the Microbe Editor?
