This tool allows the player to use both the freeze ray and the cloud vacuum as one tool, which will move the T-Score of the planet down and left. Both the animations for the freeze ray and the cloud vacuum are visible whilst the Cold Cloud Vacuum is being used.
Acquiring
This tool uses your ship's energy.
This requires the Empire (badge) 4
or the Terra-Wrangler 4 badge.
