Alza 5 is a strange planet. It has one continent, called Alzala, and one ocean, called Porcea. The ocean provides water to coastal creatures, who seem to rely on the salt content to survive. The land, however, is barren and desert like. Harsh sandstorms often assault the land. With the exception of cacti, the only plant-life on the planet can be located in the many caves found in the desert mountains. These caves often run all the way down to the sea floor, proving that the continent is not entirely anchored. temperatures range from 30 degrees in winter to 120 degrees in summer. The seas are dangerous during the stormy season. Though the planet is a harsh place, tourists often come seeking thrills.

Despite the harsh conditions of Alza 5, many organisms call this planet home. The only sapient creatures are the Quila, who control a large portion of the eastern milky way galaxy. They are currently cataloging the planets wildlife, and are doing extensive research on the two creatures that are in their database.
