The Ertnays are the largest trees found in Ebarkhara. They occur of isolated form in some places of the planet and live for thousand of years. They had been chosen by arackrabees as its houses in virtue of its size giant, if compared with the terrestrial trees. Many trees in the Earth planet easily reach its height, but what more it makes an impression it's the relation between its height and width: analyzing only the trunk, the relation height:width is of 2:1 in the base and higher parts and of 4:1 in the center of the trunk. These trees can achieve up to 36 m height, being that the leaves occupies and third superior part. Considering only the trunk, they are about 24 m of height and 12 meters of width in base and 6 m in the central part, what it could be compared with a building of 11 floors.

Arackrabees occupies all its interior and had excavated tunnels and galleries that cover the higher roots and twigs, creating varied environments. These galleries are communicated with the exterior for small gates that facilitate the displacement between more distant rooms through the exterior of the tree. Some rooms exist that are constructed with silk and waxes. The structure of the tree works like a great sponge, with very small pores that hold much water. When excavating the tree it quickly heals and closes the pores opened for the environment. This vascular system is a little different, therefore the nutrients circulate for all the structure of the tree for capillarity and concentration gradient, not existing specialized tissues for the transport, such as xylem and phloem of the Earth trees. In the places where they open the "taps" they use materials that hinder its cicatrization and thus they can remove the water. All the resources are used of rational form and all the cares are taken at the moment of the construction of new galleries and rooms so that the modification does not modify the structural condition of the tree and harms its stability.

Here it's shown an illustration of an Ertnay showing its main environments. Some cuts had been made clearer parts) to show its interior, together with the exterior. It's possible to observe the galleries excavated in the tree (hatched and clearer regions below of the exterior surface of the trunk), that they join each one of the rooms, together with the main exits for the exterior. All the leaves of the tree aren't shown a time that it is kept unbroken and nothing it's constructed on them.

In this illustration it's possible to observe the presence of the following rooms:

• Real hall: it's in this room that is the queen. This is one of the largest rooms of Ertnay and is decorated by many sculptures of wax and silk. In the external part a great cupola constructed by the laborers that illuminates and heats the environment through its great window in flower form.
• Temple: in this room is the priest. In the one great altar is constructed.
• Nurseries: here they are small arackrabees. In the superior hall they are the eggs and cocoons, while that in the inferior room they are the larvae. As much the small soldiers as the small laborers are here and receive the first instructions from the priest. Thus that the cocoons if form the laborers take them for the superior room and when they are for coming out they take them for the place where they are its fellow creatures.
• Quarter: it's here that the soldiers congregate themselves. They leave for the attack for the great gate to the right and have access to the hangar.
• Forge: here the laborers assisted for some soldiers create the weapons and armors for the soldiers. These weapons then are taken for the quarter and organized in groups: dorsal spears in the center (around of the hangar cupola), armors in the inferior part and abdominal armors to the side of forge.
• Workshop: here the laborers create the tools and the parts for the vehicles. It's also here that they create its craftings. Everything the produced works are taken until the deposit.
• Hall of mineral resources: here they are kept ores. It's next to the workshop and of the forge.
• Fields of flowers: the laborers plant flowers in the interior of some roots during the winter, guaranteeing the pollen suppliment.
• Warehouse: other roots are used to store the fruits. The warehouse generally is constructed in the interior of the deepest roots, guaranteeing the best conservation of the fruits harvested during the summer.

Ertnay still presents following environments:

• Track of landing of the UFO: it's behind the real hall to allow that the queen always follow what it's occurring. This place is kept by many soldiers.
• Observatory: located next to the temple this environment it has a powerful lens capable to visualize the horizon. When he isn't praying and guiding the others arackrabees the priest comes to this place.
• Hangar: it's from here that parts the Kasooet jets manned by the soldiers.
• Garage: it's associated with the workshop and one confides for the entrance and exit of land vehicles (back part).
• Deposit: place used by the laborers to store the parts produced in the workshop.
• Leaves area: some celebrations of the summer occur in the high one of the tree.
