Tools: small hands on the centre point of the wing.

Method of Eating: Hunts in packs, one takes a bite out of the prey, then tosses it up to the one below, this continues, until it gets to the last Aviax in the proverbial “line”, then that Aviax goes to the top and repeats the cycle, this continues until there is nothing left of the prey.

Reproductive Rate: Reaches sexual maturity at 25 years. Can reproduce at any time of the year.

Gestation: 5 months then gives birth.

Offspring incubation: 6 months until egg hatches after being laid.

Number of Offspring: 1 to 4

Offspring Survival Rate (before age of maturity): 90% they are raised in a family group and everyone helps raise the babies.

Solar System

The Avian system consists of six planets, Daikis, Kolmo, Avia, Nekt, Sekaia, and Frekor all orbiting the yellow star Achor. The Aviaxes live on Avia, the third planet from the sun.

Daikis, the first planet orbiting Achor, it is a hot planet consisting mainly of igneous rock, and Magma. It has a very strong atmosphere, and is widely affected by the greenhouse effect; there is no known life on Daikis.

Kolmo, the second planet from the sun, is hot and dry, covered in canyons and tall mountains, made almost entirely of sedimentary rock, with a little iron here and there. The only inhabitants appear to be microbes.

Avia, the third planet from the sun, is very earthlike, mostly covered by oceans, accompanied by a fair amount of land. It’s atmosphere is perfect for sustaining life. There are many species known, including the Aviax, the Lirox, and the Selox. It has three moons, Gaeix, Myrix, and Pessix.

Nekt A small gas giant, with several rings of ice fragments orbiting it. Life is not capable of forming on Nekt, due to its heavy core. Any life on Nekt would be crushed before being able to form.

Sekaia A titanic rock planet, it is the biggest in the solar system. It does contain life, a sort of reptilian rat (known as a Kwamex by the Aviaxes). It has four moons. Corvida, Siserakt, Koralid, and Filtard

Frekor Frekor is a tiny rock planet, consisting of one moon, Sefar, it’s environment is cold, and there is currently no sign of life, though it seems sustainable.

The Aviax began as a small microorganism covered in spines, but it didn’t stay that way for long, soon it evolved into a fishlike creature with large wing like fins, the fins quickly evolved into wings, and it’s dorsal fin became a pair of legs. Then the path split into two ways, the first being the Lirox, it’s legs quickly disappeared and it’s body grew slender, like a snake’s. it’s tail grew barbed.

The other line became the Aviax, first the wings grew to an immense size, followed by their body, their hindlegs became small wings, and the forewings grew claws.

Prehistoric – 0 to 300,000 (300,000 years long)

Stone Age – 300,000 to 455,000 (155,000 years long)

Copper Age – 455,000 to 470,000 (15,000 years long)

Prehistoric Aviaxes were almost done developing their forewings and were beginning to develop their hindwings.

Prehistoric Aviaxes were fairly weak and unstable, thus fairly low on the food chain, but they meainly only hunted small rodents then.

By the stone edge their wings had fully developed, and they had become much more powerful a faction in the environment. They began building air cities, and gained the ability to hover.

The Aviaxes believed that Avox (A giant Aviax with the head of a Lirox) the lord of the sky, created them and everything in the universe, to work together in peace.

[edit] Aviax Gods

There are three major gods that the Aviaxes worship at this point, Avoid, assumed creator of the universe, specifically them. Faythar god of the hunt was said to aid them when food was hard to find, he also assumedly helped them with every catch. And Lusi goddess of wind, said to carry them everywhere they went.

At this point the Aviaxes were still eating small rodents, but now had expanded their diet to small Air dwelling creatures, as well as young Selox.

At this point the Aviaxes had crude spears, in other words, sharpened sticks used to stab a prey.

[edit] Tribes

The Aviaxes currently were split into three tribes: the Lower, Mid, and Upper skies. Each tribe has defining features, and is considered a subspecies of the Aviax. The lower sky tribe, as you may have guessed stayed nearer to the ground, they were the smallest Aviax subspecies, but also the fastest, due to possible need of a swift escape.

The second tribe, the mid sky tribe, stayed in between the Upper and Lower Sky tribe’s domain, they are the largest subspecies of Aviax, as they need to defend themselves against the aggressive upper sky tribe, as well as Lirox attacks.

The third and final tribe, upper sky, was aggressive and would attack anything that enters their territories. They are average sized, and frequently attempted to attack the mid sky tribe for food, and supplies, however they were largely unsuccessful.

The Aviaxes are fully developed, and their weapons are getting more advanced, not they have metal spears, cannons, and catapults.

[edit] Sky Catapults

A typical Iron Age Aviax Soldier would carry a Sky Catapult. They attached the catapult to their backs by strapping it around their bodies. Then they hurled rocks, and other such things at their foes. It is similar with sky Cannons.

This is the age of Parilament, not much has changed except their social structure.

Currently the three tribes have established a parliament consisting of nine powerful and intelligent Aviaxes, three from each tribe to work together and come up with ideas for the good of the entire Aviax population, however Parliament itself was led by a governor, this worked for a while, until Sevax Uppax Kirax of the Upper skies entered Parliament as Governor, he forced the Parliament to have the Lower and Upper skied to launch and attack on the Mid Sky tribe, many died during this fight including Sevax. Parliament ended after being overthrown by the Mid Sky tribe.

[edit] The Mid Sky Rebellion

At around 521,945 The Mid Sky Tribe launched an attack on parliament, completely whipping it out, along with all heirs, they then proceeded to take over the upper and lower skies, this is currently known as the mid sky rebellion, and thus began the Hierarchic age.

After the Mid Sky rebellion the mid sky selected a leader, a young Aviax by the name of Kyrix Midax Monstrosix. He was the only “Elected” king of the sky, those who followed were his sons, the generation had complete control over all the Aviaxes, and he created all the laws.

[edit] The Twin Sky Rebellion

At around 522,050 the Upper Sky met with the lower sky to make an alliance against the mid sky, the two tribes attacked at once and overthrew the Mid sky in a matter of months. To this day it is still called the Twin Sky Rebellion. After it the Hierarchic Age ended.

After the Hierarchic age ended the Aviaxes began developing vehicles, but for now we can skip that part, but then a brilliant Aviax scientist named Sofax Lowax Citarax, created the L.A.S Spacecraft, a large ship that was said to be able to fly into space, at first they were skeptical, as those who attempted to reach the stars never came back, however when he traveled to Sekaia and back, bringing back a reptilian rodent the Aviaxes were anxious to try it out. More spacecraft were built and they began to form alliance with other planets, and were quickly allied with everyone in the solar system. Next, Lycax Lowax Citarax, Sofax’s son upgraded the travel distance on it, allowing it to explore the galaxy. Afterwards they mad alliance with all nearby solar systems and began to learn other languages.

Currently they are still exploring the galaxy hoping to join new alliances for the greater good of the galaxy.
