Their bodies are littered with spikes, although they are a peaceful race, even their patience can be tried. They are fierce warriors, using their physical attributes -only- in dire need of the Empire.

The Cassiaonous worship the mighty Sun God Dambalah. They believe in an afterlife. And thus teach a way of peace and harmony. Although when provoked a holy crusade isn't too far away. Their obsession is to spread their beliefs across the galaxy.

The Cassiaonous boast Male Supremacy. While they honor their women, they are used to clean, cook and mate. Although it does say that the High Priest of Dambalah may be a woman. Which could cause a split in the Empire.

As a quite, civilized race the Cassiaonous appoint an Emperor. Unlike a King the Emperor is voted in by a collection of Elders. The Emperor is permitted to name an Empress, Prince and Princess. Anymore siblings are not acknowledged until a Prince or Princess dies.

Their first actions upon meeting a new race is to attempt to convert them to the way of Dambalah. Failing that they return to their city and prepare for a holy crusade. Once conquered the natives are either forced to believe or sacrifised.
