Erido trees are the backbone of modern Introi agriculture. They begin life as small blue bushes and posses large quantities of succulent blue berries. As they age a long trunk will grow out of the top of the bush, when it reaches a certain height a massive umbrella-like canopy of leaves grows. Though the berries at the bottom still grow, because of the plant killing shadow cast by the leaves makes it pretty much useless for agriculture. Most of the wooden objects used by the Introi are made from these trees, though a few croplands were neglected and have become forests.
