[edit] Physical Attributes
The Flye (pronounced Fly-ee) are a very powerful and intelligent race. Most Flye are approximately 7-8 feet tall and weigh about 200 pounds though their wings normally have no problem lifting a Flye's weight a large distance. On average they can run a bit faster than a fully grown human but can also sustain medium-length sprints in which they run at nearly twice the speed. They are quite light on their feet and therefore great dancers and love to impress the other races that way. If need be they can also be vicious fighters as well, they particularly excel at bites and hand to hand.
[edit] Social Structure
By nature the Flye are a very kind and independent people that don't like being told what to do. Despite this the whole of the people realize that some form of leader is needed to keep order. For leaders and authorities they must be elected my a majority for the people and can be impeached whenever through the same system, but on the other side of the coin there is no time limit for how long they stay in power as long as they have the support of the people.
The Flye are generally peaceful and that shows in their foreign polices quite a bit. When the leader wants to declare war on another race they must do a similar vote but not require approximately 3/4 of the people to agree, but when they finally do go to war the normally destroy the enemy but are very merciful, normally only disabling and restraining other soldiers.
