Easily the most oddest planet I have ever discovered or seen Fungii is a planet covered by one vast swath of ocean, that ocean is covered by a fungal species that grows rapidly, even faster than spindly Spreading Cavie Vine and that is saying something. The fungal plant has a pinky green tint as if something from a fairy tale. It is squishy and gooey in texture and squirms underfoot as you stride. Native creatures and beings (their appears to be no sapient forms) use it as a organic bridge over the should-be flowing seas. But you have to be careful when walking on it as i witnised only too closely an immense sea predator charge out of the fungus from underneath in the sea. It swallowed a poor hapless herbivore who was making too much of a racket. I quickly boarded my ship.
