The Gauss Bomber's purpose is to pound enemy territory flat as a pancake, turn capital ships, frigates, and others into cosmic dust, and to destroy rogue asteroids

The Gauss-produced Y7A Particle Bomber is armed with 6 Particle Bombs, roughly containing 8 times the destructive capabilites of an Atom Bomb, but without the lukemia risk. It' fighter defense system is limited to pulse lasers and whatever missiles the craft is carrying.
