The Ishiopian Imperial Palace serves as the home of the Ishiopian Imperial Family. This includes every extended family member or clan. It also serves as the supreme meeting place of the royals, their nobles and their goverenment, as well as three times a year the people that they both rule and serve. These events are the Ishiopian New Years celebration, the ruling Emperor's Public birthday and anniversary of the Ishiabshi clan joining with the Overcoral. Other, less common events are: Royal Funerals, Public royal weddings, Coronation day and the additioin of a new planet or technology to the empire.

The Ishiopian Imperial Palace is an enormous complex the dominantes Harbay Island, a large island inside Ishiopi Bay, at Ishopi Island. The island is connected to the mainland by a long bridge. The main building is built around a gigantic coral spire. This coral spire is controlled by a huge colony of Overcoral. These Overcoral also have aided the palace in its growth by growing to fit new extensions. The building itself is a huge tower that is wider at the bottom and gently curves inward towards the top. The tower is topped by a huge round roof. The roof hangs over the buildings sides, at the bottom, and then grows higher, while also curving upwards towards a huge needlelike top. The walls are made of both durable metal and stone that is colored white. The towers walls are also decorate by silver and mother of pearl designs, are only seen at sunset when they reflect lavander and orange light. The roof is a dark blue, and it contains the military headquarters of the empire. Other similar, but much squatter buildings cluster around the central one. These in turn are suroneded by several huge parks, gardens, smaller buildings and vast open lagoons. The Palace Compound has the same population as a normal medium sized city. The majority of the servants and staffers live in the outer zone, though other servants live inside the main spires, with the Imperial Family.

The insides of the palace are richly decorated in parts, spartan in others. The main spire is filled with classic Ishiopian design and is filled with long halls, galleries and thousands of living rooms, dinging rooms and bedrooms.The bedrooms are outfitted with lush, soft blankets and covers, with silk sheets and special soft sponge growthes that confrom to the beds occupant to relax them. The roof of the spire is filled with command and control centers and the quarters for the massive Imperial Guard. Between the tower and roof are vast green houses and docking bays. The greenhouses house every species of plant, animal, fungi, bacteria, etc. that ever lived on Ishiopia. Other additions to the gardens and menageries from both around the Empire and the galaxy are also housed there. Inside the ancient coral spire, vast halls and labs abound. The labs help refine the Overminds gifts of technology, whilst the halls are used for ceremonial activities. Storehouses, cryogenics and cloning labs also reside in the deepest limestone caverens. As the spire is indestructable, even if the the planet is destoyed, these bunkers will allow the Overmind and and the surviving Ishiopians to terraform a new world for the Empire.
