The Maran is a winged land herbivore, that somehow gained spaceship technology. They live on the planet Martinto.
[edit] History
The Marans have a very violent history, in which they have found to their liking. In fact, they've only had 5 allies in their history, and only 3 of them survived.
[edit] Cell Stage
They were very peacful herbivores, and rarely crossed over to meat. The developed the ultimate defense system, which consisted of electrocution and poision glands, and many spikes. They also had a carnovore mouth in addition to the herbavore mouth.
[edit] Creature Stage
In this era they only allied once, and then they started to extict other species, which led them through their "recovery" from peacefulness.
[edit] Tribal Stage
At first they tried to ally with the brown village, but it was highly unsuccessful, so they decided to destroy them, which was quite easy for them, so they continued this habit throughout the time of their tribe.
[edit] Civilization Stage
During the time that Martinto was multi-country planet, there was one country that was different than the others. It was called Martintoland,and it was the first country formed. They spent their whole fighting with other countries, only making 3 allies along the way. They allied with the Blue, Pink, and Yellow, nations. The Yellow nation was destroyed. At the end, Martintoland turned their backs on the blue nation and destroyed them. Then the Pink Nation and Martintoland formed into one nation, which led to the invention of the space ship.

The Marans have many clonies and are allied with the long neck riders. The are also at war with an undocumented species.
