In this building the main craftsmen of the city work, as well as all those responsible for the confection of weapons and devices of defense. The main raw materials are the zugenite and the sea silver, made use in the form of crystals and nuggets in the inferior part of the building. These are loaded for top for an elevator and directed for the processing by means of a mat. During the period of functioning, a great light bulb is lighted that, at mechanical instants of failure in some of the equipment, it starts to blink.
