The building, localized at the city of Nitoniaiai, is the great turistic attraction of the city. the building, the largest in the city, a small city that the majority of the buildings aren't apartments, is the most know place of the region.

the construction begin in 4914, in the necessity of a place to make possible the currency exchange, as the Nitoninox planet has 25 different exchanges, the building was constructed in the last place where the city of Nitoniaiai doesn't constructed, a swamp-like ground, and, then, the Nitoninox were criative enough to make one thing to make the building become safe. in 4917, however, a problem in one of the supporting "tables" maked a paralization in the construction. the problem was terminated by some more concrete, and the building continued. then, in 2920, the Nitoniaia mayor, Nitoax Nalux, officialy decree the end of the construction.
