The Ompahpah was invented origonally as a way of spreading fertilizer (paper). Due to the fact that it was silent and people were getting hit by it the Fortyto added a large amount of horns onto it so people could here it coming. When they opened negotions while having one turned on (all their other veicles had poped tires) they were amazed that their enemy would offer a truce if "they would turn the insane racket off, PLEASE!" Since then they have been modified to spread phamflets insted of fertilizer and blare music. All would be Politicians hire large groups of people to run these before election day.
