The Spinker are a race of dragon-like sharks native from Planet Kingus. They resemble Dracogonarious, but they aren't relatives. Spinkers have two pairs of wings, making them powerful predators on land and air. Spinkers usually live near the ocean's shore and love to eat fish. Spinkers are know for being very aggressive to bigger creatures, but very docile to smaller ones. Fossils of a whole pack of 20 Spinkers were found on the remains of an Epic Creature, showing how determinate (and stupid) the Spinkers can be...

Spinkers started as small cells called Spiks, coming from a comet. They had poisonous sacks and spikes near their mouths. They were carnivore cells.

[edit] Reaching the Beach

Spinkers, when came to land, were striped, orange insects called Protospiks. When a Dracogona Thunder visited the planet and analyzed the little creep, some of his DNA was mutated, transforming them into red reptiles. Spinkers became top predators fast, with the help of their 4 wings, strong mouths and sharp claws. Spinkers had a tactic, where if you couldn't befriend, you kill. They were aggressive creatures.

Spinkers, after some million years, were the first species to gain sapience. They were courageous and somewhat stupid, especially the fact that they would attack any Epic Creature they saw... even if they got killed in the process. They allied with a nearby tribe, but their warrior spirit was more powerful, destroying every other tribe. They were an aggressive tribe.

[edit] Civilizated? Not Really

Spinkers then advanced to the next step: the Civilization! Many wars happened between the nations, as well their final battles with the Epic Creatures. Soon, the most powerful nation decided to conclude the wars. And by concluding, I mean ICBM! They were a military civilization. After the union of all the Spinker race, they finally made their ultimate masterpiece, the Spinking.

[edit] The Warrior Era

When they evolved to Space, Spinkers were a very warmounger species, following the Warrior Philosophy. The empire, ruled by a violent dictator called Jarkin Spinkarius, though that all other kind of life was inferior, and it was his destiny to rule the whole universe.

Jarkin ordered the destruction of many small, innocent empires. The larger ones decided to not interfer with the crazy emperor. However, Jarkin's reign of terror was starting to fall...

[edit] The Ernai Empire

Jarkin eventually found the Ernai Empire, a very aggressive Zealot species. Since that was the first time they met Zealots, Jarkin ignored it. However, the Ernai Empire demanded very large amounts of Sporebucks.

When Jarkin discovered the gigantic size of the enemy, he decided to pay them. This leaded the whole empire to an economic crysis. Unfortunatly, the Ernai demanded more and more, and when Jarkin had no money to pay them, the war started.

In the first day of war, the Ernai attacked Kingus and killed Jarkin. After this, his son, Thomikas Spinkarius, took his place as the supreme ruler. It is unknown how he did, but the Spinker managed to recoved from the crysis and went to war.

Eventually, the Ernai Empire was destroyed, and Thomikas started to act like his father.

[edit] Expansionist Era

Thomikas demanded the expansion of the Spinker Empire. After conquering all of the Ernai's colonies, the Spinkers were powerful enough to destroy 5-star Empires easily.

Tehy started to expand very fast. So fast no other empire could stop them. Many empires tried to fight back, but they were consumed. After some years, the Spinkers were the largest empire in their gallactic arm. When this happened, they met their creatores, the Dracogonarious.

The Dracogonas were the leaders of the resistence against Emperor Thomikas. They managed to unite all the empires in the gallactic arm, and an interestellar war aginst the Spinkers started.

After many years of fight, the Spinker Empire was reduced to it's homeworld and moon. Thomikas died of Oluaedes Pest, and his daughter, Windey Spinkarius, started a new era: the Diplomatic Era.

[edit] The Grox, the Marinox and the Diplomat Era

Windey Spinkarius, leader of the empire until today, leaded the empire to a new era of happiness, friendship and alliances. The Spinkers expanded to a large size, but in a controlled way, and made thousands of alliances, even with the Dracogonarious.

After some time, they met The Grox. After many insults, war started between the two empires. Today, the Spinker managed to destroy 1/3 of The Grox Empire.

Also, in the middle of the fight, they had to fight the Marinox. The Spinkers were one of the species who helped invade Planet Kaizox and destroy the evil cyborgs.

[edit] The Interplanetary Plague

After many years battling The Grox, large swarms of Oluaedes started to appear from unknown places. This caused the infection of most planets, transforming the docile, friendly Spinkers into mindless killing machines.

These mutations also gave birth to the Ripper, the Twisted, the Cannon and the Destroyer, much powerful creatures, infected by a special mutant variant of the Oluaedes Pest. Few Spinkers managed to survive, and friendly empires who tried to stop the infection were destroyed by Cannons and Destroyers.

[edit] Defeat of the Plague

Eventually, the infection lost its power, and the infected started to act less aggressively. Also, unlike before when the infected were the bodyguards of the Oluaedes, they started to attack them. This leaded to the extinction of the Oluaedes in the Spinker colonies.

The Spinkers who survived the infection managed to find the cure and saved the Spinkers. These three survivors became Captain Koluap's crew members and gained even an annual holiday.

[edit] Ascension of Empress Windey

In a distant future, Empress Windey was visited by a Rainbow Snake. When touching it, her spirit left her material body and she was taken to a higher plain of existence. The Spinker Empire lives until today, fighting The Grox, but they will always remember their greatest leader that ever lived...

• The Spinkers were the first creature OluapPlayer used in Spore

• Spinkers have some unnecessary parts, like 2 pairs of wings. They also have many weak parts, like the first feather and horn parts. Their eyes also aren't placed foward and they have strike weapons on their bodies instead of arms

• The creature Kerspin was created to be what a Spinker would look like if evolved corretly

• Despite their description, the Spinkers never fought Epic Creatures. Their only interaction with Epics was looking a lone Epic in Craeture stage and at supersizing creatures in Space stage
