[edit] Description

The Suratean are a species of highly advanced fish, who share their stormy world of Nbii with the X'nee. They resemble yellow dolphins, although they are technically fish. They have two stubby eyestalks, two manipulative fins, two steering fins, two propulsion fins, and large propulsion fins on their tails. Long fins, which are used in mating, run down their backs. Their mouths resemble the pseudo-mandibles of the Nauceans, only with a large nose crest.

[edit] Culture

The Suratean species is one of the most intelligent species in the galaxy, being geniuses at every form of science under the suns. They make an odd claim: Their world was seeded by the Lemaxans, and that they are their descendants. When questioned about this, Lemaxans fall silent. Mystery or not, these are a peaceful race devoted to the betterment of the galaxy. The are excellent diplomats.

[edit] Space achievements

They serve as diplomats for the Natrian Empire, and have contributed incredible technology.
