Technocrat II is an uninhabitated, rocky world which orbits the star Illum Technocrat. Several Praetyrian probes have visited it, and there are plans to build mining colonies on its mineral rich surface.
[edit] Inhabitants
Technocrat II is a dead world, due to the lack of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water in its environment. The fact that most of the time its sunlight is blocked out by Technocrat I doesn't help either.

During the day, Technocrat II's temperature is 700 degrees celsius, due to its near complete lack of atmosphere. During its long, cold night, temperatures drop to -130 degrees celsius. This has helped destroy even bacteria from its surface.

Technocrat II has two natural satellites, one a T shaped hollow rock called Afakavakup, the other a round moon largely composed of nickel. In addition, the space station Ryghak and the Olk telescope semipermanently orbit it.
