the Whermast HetQuart is the building that is base of military operations within the region the largest is located on the planet of Hierodia in Zeroin Mosba major where it contains the entire operations through out the imperium. there were over several hundred HetQuart throughout the solar system Hierodia major.

During the Tsanist government it had the same use and equipment however the military like the genral public did not like the government, during the unification war led by Ripta the Unifier of Clan Nezlek several HetQuart were damaged and burned down.

The imperiums used the damaged bases during the training of soldiers for urban combat simulation, the government also used them for logistical purposes, The Imperial army shock troopers of the Tsanistic age held several as fortresses outside the capital city of Zeroin Mosba the shock troops led a series of bloody raids on the city until the end of the sorithian war, in which the imperial army shelled the shock troops into submishion except one which caved in and the troops escaped throught the caves and catacombs within the city.
