This article reads like someone talking to you, not like an encyclopedia entry. The information is divided up into too many sections, and some information that should go together is in entirly different places. We need to whip this into shape.

In terms of rearranging info or changing who the article is "talking to" you could just be bold and fix stuff up yourself. But this isn't really that critical to be honest and you may want to contact user:hydromancerx with these suggestions and he may fix it up.
