The Natrian high council is a five member council that governs the Natrian Empire. Each member is part of an interdependent system desing to fill the government's. Each member is elected for a minumum of five years, and a presented a new oponent every five yeras, from that point on. They can be re-elected until they choose to retire. War can only be declared by a vote of the high council, and the same applies to other large scale decisions.

Depeartments Responsibillities: Creates and maintains the creatures, plants, microbes, and millitary and police technology that terraform and sustain Empire worlds.

Position: Council member in charge of mining and agriculture.
Method of Election: Nominees have to maintain a fake supply crisis, while being evealuated by the public.
Qualification: Born and raised in a high yield, multi-level farm complex, worked on and managed large planetary core siphoners.
Depeartments Responsibillities: Moniters and attempts to avoid and stop Galactic shortages of raw materials.

Position: Council member in charge of diplomacy and planetary maintainment.
Method of Election: Nominees have to avert a interplanetary war over an ecodisaster.
Qualification: Diplomatic and ecology degrees at the Introan National University.

Method of Election: Nominees have to fully develop a newly discovered world, while being evaluated by the public.
Qualification: Exceled at simulations for terraforming, city management, and buisness stimulation.
Depeartments Responsibillities: Terraforms and lays down the infrastructure of newly discovered planets.

Position: Council member in charge of exploration.
Method of Election: Nominees have to single-handedly map out a new planet, and classify all life, while being evealuated by the public. Famously won, even though her opponent was cheating.
Qualification: Lived on exploration vessel in childhood and early adulthood (roughly 9 teteteys).
Depeartments Responsibillities: Scans newly discovered worlds for life, artifacts, and problems that might come up during colonization.
