[edit] Requirements for Membership

This alliance is open to anyone. Power will be equal for all (as of now we are going through some reformation).

• The trading of all technologies that benefit the populace as a whole
  • You do not need to share military technologies, but you are open to do so. It would help in a time of war, if one species is behind in technology than another.
• Open borders to all of the races in the DUP
  • If one race is living under a different races government, they must follow the laws of the foriegn government as much as they can.
• You must respect all races in the DUP, excluding no one.

• Creation of the Delegation of Unified Powers.

• Tarnaquians, the Kratok, the Alliance of Fates, and the Mechanical Kangorians join.

• The Delegation system of government is chosen for the Delegation of Unified Powers.

• The Forthi Delegation is nominated and elected to be the Speaker of the DUP.

• The Micanex and the Delegation of Unified Powers begin a major trading deal.

• The Yunimius join the Delegation of Unified Powers with their higher loyalties lying with the O.T.H.E.R. Alliance.

• The headquarters for the Delegation of Unified Powers is proposed to be built on a huge spacestation. This is accepted and the headquarters is built.

• The Snepres join the Delegation of Unified Powers.

• The Mechanical Kangorians launch a crusade against an Organic Kangorian colony which was under the protection of the Yunimius. The Yunimius call for help in the Galactic Embassy and Congress causing many different races to threaten the entire destruction of the Mechanical Kangorians, and consequentially, the Delegation of Unified Powers. Peace is kept thanks to the Forthi Delegation and the Auyuelcliads calling order to both factions that had risen up from this conflict.

• Contact with the other major alliances (O.T.H.E.R., CAB, and SWU) is made officially.

• The Tarnaquians die out due to the fighting against their galactic neighbors.

• Different ideas for agencies are proposed with the Interracial Army (headed by the Alliance of Fates), the Weapons Research Agency (headed by the Kratok), the Non-Sentient Life Researching Agency (formerly headed by the Tarnaquians), the Deep Space Exploration (headed by the Kangorians), and the Inter-Alliance Transportation Agency (headed by the Snepres) being created.

• The Tyronians join heading the Taxing and Trading Agency and the Fr'on join heading the Colonization Agency.

• The Kangorians come across a strange planet that has three ancient towers on it. Many different DUP members send forces on to it where they are met by hostile robotic forces. One guardian is captured, moving the DUP technology forward. The towers were rumored to be an entryway to the 4th dimension. After several hours, the towers move farther up into the air and bend towards each other creating a huge portal. The entire Tyronian fleet is sucked of its power and destroyed. Some elite groups break through to the top and blow the systems creating the portal, dimming its power. All forces are evacuated and a Forthi armada destroys the planet before the matter can get out of hand.

• The Tyronian Mafia, upon hearing that the fleet is destroyed takes over the Tyronian government and holds them hostage. An interracial elite team breaks into the palace and frees the Tyronian leaders, reestablishing their government.

• The Swiftkicks (heading the Ministry of Security), the Kendra (heading the Welfare Agency), the Suzcrit (heading the Scientific Research Agency), the Isendrai (heading the Resources Ministry), and the Giganommoths (heading the Genetics Research Agency) join the DUP.

• Ideas for an official flag are put up with this being the final result

• Reformations are proposed and the DUP goes into a state of elections.

• The Bornax people join going into the Weapons Research Agency with the Kratok.

• The Payol Spacecraft and Weaponry Inc., the Zarukions, and the Yakhaari join the DUP.

• Elections begin for the DUP Official Organizer, with the two candidates being the

Kangorians and the Kratok. The Kangorians win.

• The Aleunen and the Frip join the DUP.

• Elections for the DUP Senate begin with the candidates being the Kratok, the Forthi, the Fr'on, the Swiftkick, and the Aleunen. The Forthi, Swiftkick, and Aleunen races win and become Senators of the DUP.

• The Kangorians (in the office of Official Organizer) nominate the Alliance of Fates as the Keeper of Justice. The Forhti Delegation (in the office of Senator) votes in favor, the Swiftkicks (in the office of Senator) vote, and the Aluenen (in the office of Senator) vote.
