For pre-Annihilation SSA, see Fiction:Seven Starr Alliance/Original.

The Seven Starr Alliance is a multigovernmental alliance generally used in the past as a military organization and council formed in order to defend the universe from such threats as evil, aggressive civilizations and intergalactic vandals.

History

Pre-Annihilation

The original Seven Starr Alliance was formed by the Delpha Coalition of Planets and the mysterious individual known as Captain Zaco many years prior to the Annihiliation, as it was formed to counteract the growing number of Vandal attacks on innocent empires. As the alliance grew, many other empires joined such as Rambo Nation and the Church of Spode, who used the SSA to launch and coordinate attacks against the evil Congregation during the Tigris War. However, as more and more empires joined the universal community, the SSA became seemingly abandoned, plunging it into dark times indeed. Luckily, several original members of the Seven Starr Alliance such as the United Republic of Cyrannus and the Girdo Empire spearheaded a revival in the SSA, in order to once again become the focal point of Gigaquadrantic Politics.

Post-Annihilation

However, these glory days would soon end, as the Krassio ascended into a new godrace, the Xol'Etra. The enemies of the Seven Starr Alliance, the Xhodocto decided that this was to be the last straw, and began destroying the universe. Annihilation occurred across the Universe, killing a countless amount of sentient beings. However, because of the help of many forms of benevolent godraces a large portion of the First Gigaquadrant was saved from certain destruction. Because of the sudden strike of the Xhodocto, the races of the Seven Starr Alliance were thrown into disarray until they suddenly met each other through the Seven Starr Citadel, with the help of Apalos. The Seven Starr Alliance was soon reformed as a much more united alliance, and in compliance with this the Onuris Aliance was reformed as the Seven Starr Alliance's military force, while the Board of the Great Eight became part of the SSA council.

Characteristics

Governing Body

Onuris

Main article: Onuris Alliance

The Seven Starr Onuris Alliance are the main military of the Alliance. Made of forces who are veterans in the War of Ages and Second Coming, they are incredibly experienced and war-hardened soldiers. Not only this, but their technology is incredibly advanced and adapted due to their many decades of war with the universe' greatest threats. Currently, the Onuris act as SSA's military and police force.

Trade

The Seven Starr Alliance trade amongst each other by default, and do so more in darker times. They share technology, but also ordinary products, for the SSA members who still need their own currency. Some members are beyond as much need for currency, or have a strong economy, so can afford to trade as much as they want.

Territory

The Seven Starr Alliance don't directly own any territory, besides some shared locations. This is because the members control their own territory; while the other SSA members are given a rite of passage, they don't have any control, unless it is offered as a ground to be shared.

Cultures

A two-axis "Archetype" system is used by the Alliance to clasify the cultures of its members, and more importantly, their roles in the intergalactic community:

Secular Spiritual
War Warrior Zealot
Peace Diplomat Shaman
Science Scientist Ecologist
Money Trader
Justice Knight
Enjoyment Bard
Experience Wanderer

Equipment

The Seven Starr Alliance has a technology-sharing program in which certain technologies are made freely available to all members of the Alliance. These are:

  • Deflector shields (a variety: regenerative phasic, absorbent phasic, multiphasic, adaptive phasic, non-phasic and cloaking)
  • Hypermatter containment technology
  • Intelligent computers
  • Multipurpose particle weapons (usable as beam, pulse and mêlée weapons)
  • Quantum replicators (plus all knowledge in materials science, chemistry, and particle physics, as well as some in hypermatter)
  • Staff of Life (modified: unlimited uses; capable of generating life from variety of biochemistries)

Current Members

Missing

There has been no recent contact with these members of the Alliance. They are officially assumed to be destroyed unless other evidence comes to light.

Err... Hello! I took the liberty to update the Seven Starr Alliance Database in the aftermath of the devastating Xhodocto attack on the First Gigaquadrant, and indeed, the universe as a whole. We are still processing the number of casualities, though as far as I know, many galaxies have been completely scourged of sentient life. Anyway, feel free to share information regarding the attack here.
The Xhodocto left quite a mess, hmm. We want to know if our empire could join the Alliance. Our previous uplifted race, the Spinkers, were one of the original races of your council, and they appeared to have very good results of of it.

Accepted.

Thankfully, most if not all of the Milky Way was completely spared by this catastrophe. The loss of Galaxon, however, did account for several billion lives on our part. But otherwise, we were relatively unaffected. We are concerned about the number of refugees that may come to our galaxy, though...
Space Stage Unlocked Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
Although we did not stand for many of the DCP's beliefs, they surely did show their true colour as a Seven Starr Alliance member in the end. They saved much of the Milky Way. Although the MSP does not have the industrial scope of the coalition, we have the same technology level, and we are less conserve about sharing it, and we have their legacy to absorb. The DCP made us look worse than we are. Because of them, we had to ally with the more "questionably friendly" empires of the univese. We request membership.

We shall re-apply our membership immediatly.

First of all, thank you Apalos for helping us cope with this new universe. Second of all, our empire seeks membership into the SSA. We will be fine if we have to do some kind of dangerous mission for membership.

I am Emperor Kyantay VII of the Keiternyan Star Empire. We are relatively new here. However, we have already studied diplomatic relations in the universe and so we ended up here, at the SSA. we now request membership in the Seven Starr Alliance, if, of course, you all agree. I hope that you will stand positive to this request. We are willing to do an initiation test if needed. Thank you for your attention.

Igniting a brown dwarf

New hope. The white rings on the left are the ignition of deuterium causing outward radiation pressure.

Space Stage Unlocked Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
Despite being members of the SSA, we know some of you, like the URC do not trust us, which is understandable from our history. This is why we have made a gift for the surviving members of the Seven Starr Alliance, and to also prove we as advanced as the DCP, just not nearly as large or populous. We have ignited a star, using the soliton method to ignite "fusion fire" in a brown dwarf. This was not just a demonstration. It appears most of the universe is now devoid of life, and everyone is still trying to re-establish biospheres, luckily many were saved by the Vi'Navitum. But still, where to put the life. This, we will begin igniting stars and will be protected by military presence, not just us, but the entire Milky Way Cooperative.
Incoming transmission from the Joran Planet Alliance
As members of the Milky Way Cooperative, this newfound technique to create stars from defunct brown holes seems promising, and could help to relocate many dislocated nations and peoples. We would gladly aid in this operations, so long as you agree to our offer.
Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
Please feel free to cooperate. We also are aiding nations in Operation Colonization, if any SSA members wish to aid us in re-opening DCP space to the Seven Starr Alliance at least.
Incoming Transmission - Shellious Imperium
Amazing! The ability to create stars. With this we could almost double in size. Thsi is truly a day to go down in history.
Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
The creation of stars is not unseen. Rather, this is the re-ignition of failed brown dwarfs, but yes, hopefully this will go down in history as a step to rebuilding the future.
Representing the New Cyrannian Republic is:
Regardless of your acts to improve the standing of the Gigaqaudrant after the Xhodocto attack. We respect the legacy of the Delpha Coalition of Planets, and we know that they would prefer us to remain true to their legacy as opposed to welcoming you with open arms.
Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
That is sad. We are built of what is left of them too. Despit our conflict with them, we are picking up any remnant we can find with peaceful methods. I can understand you remaining true to their legacy, but the fact is they don't exist anymore, nor does the state of the Gigaquadrant. We must now move on, clenching to the past in such times as the current climate will not help anyone survive.

On the Legion of the Deathmarch

In a recent battle against some of the forces of the Legion of the Deathmarch, we acquired information about them that will be useful for military tactics. More detailed information has been transmitted directly to major military databases, but a general summary will be given here:
  • The Cult of the Deathmarch's ships are best dealt with using heavy weaponry. Starfighters are useful for drawing point-defence fire away from missiles, as well as for precise aiming at "weak points" - weapons and engines, although these are no less difficult to destroy than any other parts of the ships. With the exception of the Vorgomon Battlestations and Dominator-class Grand Cruisers, all ships tend to focus on their front-firing weaponry, which can either be a tactical advantage or a weakness depending on the arrangements of ships on both sides of the battle.
  • Of the twenty-one major Demon races, infantry should not be used against any of them. The Average size class, which arrived for us via a Chaos rift, are the weakest of the ones that we encountered, and they required orbital bombardment to destroy. Multiple and highly-redundant systems inside your ships are recommended, as many Demons have abilities that will subvert them otherwise. It is also advisible to keep the ships at a far distance from any of the demons. The Auhuira'Seplacurha are only defeatible via instantaneous spacetime warpages and hyperluminal missiles.
  • The Large size class arrived via rock-like ships that display weaknesses to only bosonic beam weaponry. They are similar to most of the Average size class, but larger and more powerful.
  • There is evidence that non-corporeal demons may have a weakness to certain combinations of Essence, but the data supporting this is still under dispute.
No information on Cult ground forces, minor Demons, other major Demons, or other Legion-aligned forces was obtained.

Xiivon Alliance is in action

Space Stage Unlocked Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
This is possibly the last Alliance message for a long time. We have been attacked from all sides, by the Vorgormon, the Grox, Vartekians, Marinox, CAS-Imperial Alliance, Mantisorac and a new race on the scene, who call themselves the Vermulans. We already knew about the Xiivon alliance but it was thought to be unstable. They have finally combined their military tactics, our ships were tossed by the storm. They believe they have wiped us out, and may think their activities are still unknown. Currently patrolling the Large Magellanic Cloud, I advise the SSA to take military action - so the alliance knows that the SSA has knowledge of their existence, stopping future plans of invasion. Think about it, many of us are in a total mess, and so are they.
Apalos
We have sent ships to the Large Magellanic Cloud to investigate any possible invasion plans that may be occuring there.
Representing the Indoctrinate Collective is: (Communications)
We will give you our support. We cannot let the Marinox expand even more than they already are.
Representing the New Cyrannian Republic is:
Your information appears to be outdated and in some cases quite wrong indeed. For example, the Confederacy and the Imperial Alliance are no longer affiliated with each other, in fact the latter plans to join the Cyrandia. As for the Vartekians, intelligence suggests that they have joined the CAS several months ago. That aside, we would like to send forces to aid you, though unfortunately, our forces are already stretched thin under assaults from the CAS, the Grox and the Basileus Empire.
Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
Imperial ships were sighted among the combined invasion fleet, check the data for yourselves. Though one could admit they may have been captured or left over ships from their old alliance, which it would make sense if the CAS were to do this, since their forces are fighting in your galaxy (though remember, this is unusual activity, since these empires woudn't normally be within 50 light years of each other). As for the Vartekians, they are manipulative and unpredictable, and probably sent their own forces along with a CAS ship.
Seven Starr Intelligence
We can confirm the merging of the Confederation of Andromeda with the CAS, although we're obviously incapable of knowing whether the Vartekians ever intend to break this partnership; knowing them, they'd rather rise to a ruling position within the CAS than secede.
We have no information on the Imperial Remnant besides that which the URC has given you; they apparently intend on joining Cyrandia, and I doubt they would risk even an apparently certain victory if any information of their participation in the battle could leak out to us. Still, we can't be certain.
BNSC Col. MacTravish
Do you need assistance? We will be happy to supply you with our 75th and 82nd battalion to assist you.
Apalos
We believe the crisis to have been averted until further notice.
Magellanic Sovereighty of Planets
Yes, we have survived the onslaught and movec back to the Magellanic Cloud. We are also allies with the DCP now.

News Update

Here is the current up-to-date news:
  • Despite criticism, particularly from the Cyrandia Alliance, the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus is still currently a member of the SSA.
  • More SSA member states have been classed as "missing" after periods of inactivity and lack of contact.
  • Due to becoming a "protectorate" of the Draconid Imperium, the Shellious Imperium's membership is temporarily suspended until further notice, or unless the Draconid Imperium joins the SSA. That's politics for you.
  • In the Milky Way, the Grox Empire has assimilated the Borg Collective, and our intelligence suggests that it is apparently preparing to conduct a full-scale invasion of the galaxy.
That is all for now.
Representing the Indoctrinate Collective is: (Communications)
Seems like our truce with the Grox is officially over then. Any idea when they'll arrive?
Apalos
They'll take some time integrating their technology with that of the Borg. Once that's done, any strikes could happen immediately afterwards. I'd recommend preparing a defence against them, but they're more likely to go after bigger targets than yourselves, such as the Delpha Coalition of Planets and the Technoospheric AIs. Still, there's no way of knowing who their targets will be.
Incoming Transmission - DCP Channel
**Sirens can be heard in the background** We are under attack! I repeat! Under attack! They have begun raiding ships a long the border, even though we have retreated all personel to within the maelstrom they seem to have learned how to breach it. It is worse than we feared, they even seem to be able to repell the ultra-relativistic projectiles of an Asunder class, as well as photonic weaponry, which means they could have also assimilated the Daleks and Undine.

Template:Msg/Meta

Apalos
Important information: The next targets are likely to be relics scattered across the galaxy. The full list of these, and their coordinates, has been made publically available in the SSA databases. All members of the SSA within the Milky Way, aim for the nearest ones first: we cannot afford delay.

Explanation: While the Grox have been assimilating alien technology ever since the Imperial Civil War, they are doing this even more obsessively since they merged with the Borg. We have even received a report of the assimilation of a Cephalodian steed-ship, which previously the Grox would have simply destroyed.

Additional information: It may be best for members of the SSA in other galaxies to remain there instead of sending vital forces to the Milky Way. We believe the Grox may begin targeting other galaxies soon. However, we will not stop you if you do choose to send reinforcements.
We will sort this out. The war has made us weak and we are not able to end the atachment. For now, we will accept it. Though we are not in the alliance for the time being, we will assist in anything you require us for.

We are officially neutral in Gigaquadrantic politics. We have no interest in your War of Ages. Step inside Cyrannus however without permission from the Imperial Senate, and we shall not hesitate but strike you down. In any case, prompting rebellion from the Seven Starr Alliance is certainly not wise, considering it is, and for the last century has been, the focal point of the Gigaquadrant.

The Grox now seem to be seeking out the relics that we mentioned earlier; as previously stated, the full list of them, and their coordinates, is available in the SSA databases. We recommend that one fleet is officially assigned to each relic; they may be escorted by our ships who will determine whether the relics should be destroyed to prevent the Grox from obtaining them.

MiniKohanV2 Emperor Ko'han - Liberator of the Asgord
Hello. Thank you again for letting me join the SSA. I came here to protest against Kies Kortograa's new defense policies, which are causing something potentially greater than the Asgord Genocide. I've seen Cult of the Deathmarch ships in Horehronie right before they attacked the Brood of War! Also, isn't this GEC alliance suspicious to you? The GEC attacks me and Kies doesn't hesitate in allying them?! Now, they're now cleaning after Kies's mess, defending the Kraw Galaxy, assuming that's what "protectorate" means. I think they're here to betray the Kraw in my opinion.

Furthemore, ever since the Draconis proposed Pax Draconica to Kies, Kies has been lashing out against the Draconis and promoting a faction I can't find anywhere in the Universal networks called "Kax'venes", which is a translation in Asgordian from the KUL "Kaxvis". A similar thing is occuring with the TIAF, except the TIAF started the insults from what I am aware.

Kies may now have a girlfriend, I hope she's smarter than him, because right now Kies is a freaking idiot. Ko'han out.
Seven Starr Intelligence
Although freedom of expression is of course permitted on this discussion board, it is recommended not to openly voice suspicions about one of the SSA's most powerful members, even if only for security reasons. If you had discovered that a member state had some evil plans, you wouldn't want to let them know about it and give them a chance to cover their tracks, would you?
For the record, we have no reason to believe that the GEC is intending to do anything to the KrawFed other than perhaps expand upon its protectorate status, and we're overly suspicious about literally everyone. We agree with you that the KrawFed under Kies is acting unusually; we have already noted the Cult activity, and Kies should be far more thankful for the Draconid Imperium than he already is - their dominion over the anti-GEC Shellious government removed another opportunity for warfare that could have further harmed the Kraw Galaxy, had the Shellious made the logical strategic decision that Cyrannus wasn't the best GEC-aligned galaxy to attack.
Emperor Ko'han - Liberator of the Asgord
One of the SSA's most powerful nembers? Who, the TIAF?
Seven Starr Intelligence
No, the GEC. I thought it was common knowledge that they're SSA members; they're right there on the publically-accessible member list.
Emperor Ko'han - Liberator of the Asgord
... I have no idea what to do now. Stay here and have Knaelem, I suppose?
Seven Starr Intelligence
There should be no harm in remaining in the SSA. The GEC only attacked your colonies in Cyrannus, because they were in Cyrannus. I wouldn't take it personally.
Emperor Ko'han - Liberator of the Asgord
I'm here to protest against Kies and protest I will. So, where's all the talk about toppling Kies or plans against the Kraw Galaxy that supposedly exist here in Kies's propaganda?
Seven Starr Intelligence
They're a figment of his imagination, much like the GEC not being an SSA member. It wouldn't surprise me if Kies didn't even realise that the Brood of War and Gros Empire and other such nations that he fights against don't have anything to do with us. We hope no more than you do for the destruction of Kies and the united Kraw Galaxy... with the exception of those of us who think his current attitude is really annoying.

A Call for Justice

TIAF Flag TIAF Intergalactic Channel - {{{char}}}
We, the people of the Tybusen Intergalactic Allied Federation, wish to express our disgust that the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus is still a member of our fine Seven Starr Alliance. They are clearly unfit to be a member of the Alliance, if their alleged alliances with Deathmarch members are indeed true. As a member of the SSA, the TIAF would like to testify against the validity of the GEC's membership in this alliance. We have already seen some great nations leave because of this controversy; we are making sure the SSA won't be shattered by something the GEC tries to pull on us much later. If our voice will not be heard, we will consider following our allies the Cyrandia out of this once-grand, now-corrupted alliance.

As far as anyone here knows, there are no proves that the Cyrannian Empire is related to the Deathmarch in any way.
TIAF Intergalactic Channel - {{{char}}}
There have been rumors, Jerkon. And we are suspicious about how readily the Cult backed the Empire's protectorate, the Kraw...
ImperialFlag
The Honourable Representative of the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus
The people of Cyrannus have long been members of the Seven Starr Alliance, in fact one of the original members, long before your warmongering Federation joined. We have done no harm through our membership in the SSA, and we don't intend to. Your anti-Imperial rhetoric clearly stems from your refusal to leave Cyrannus under numerous warnings. I recommend that you cease your unfair and childish accusations immediately. Your reputation is already damaged with your dealings in Andromeda.
TIAF Intergalactic Channel - {{{char}}}
We hold no resentment for the people of Cyrannus, let that be known. However, can we really consider your government the same as the Republic that preceded it? The Empire's recent actions suggest otherwise, "your excellency". And damage has been dealt already; your continued membership in the Alliance has disillusioned the Cyrandia with many of us.

All we ask is for the Cyrannians to prove that they are still worthy of this alliance that was built to protect the people of the Gigaquadrant, not abuse them. And we make no accusations, as you call them, "your excellency"; the proof against you is well and clear.
You're saying this as you fear the Cyrannian people will cause conflict, correct? Well you should take into account that, by shouting accusations and declaring they should begone from the alliance, you are causing conflicts yourself. Should the Cyrannian people act as you say it would be a pity, as they are one of our most potent members, but the Alliance would then take action.

An End to Division

ImperialFlag
The Honourable Representative of the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus
We thank the people of the Seven Starr Alliance for standing by the Empire against these vicious and pathetic rumours, which were clearly designed to drive a wedge in our great alliance. Despite the controversial Imperial Concordat of 01 NE that prohibited extra-galactic colonization, we have done nothing to harm any of the member races of the Alliance, and in the case of the Concordat, we gave the empires that refused peacefully to our request ample warning before conquering them.
If the Tybusen Federation still fails to understand that we are members in this alliance only to further peace and prosperity, then we suggest abolishing their membership, personally I am tired of the division within our mighty alliance. The Delpha Coalition of Planets, the Defensive System's Bloc, the Magellanic Sovereignty of Planets and the Intergalactic Human Republic support the Empire in this proposal.
MiniGrimb Incoming Transmission - DCP Channel
The TIAF fails to realise it had colonised an area of the galaxy which was already owned and given to them by the previous Galactic Republic of Cyrannus, the politics of the Cyrannian races may have changed but the sovereignty over their space and star-charts does not. The GEC made fair, clear-cut warnings, no doubts anyone in the SSA would have taken action if someone refused to leave their territories. This is why the accusations on the GEC you have been spouting without scraps of evidence for your claims are not excusable, particularly in the hasty times after the terrible annihilation we all felt.
We support the GEC and DCP, if the TIAF do not stand down, they must leave. The last things we need in these times is rumour, especially in survival situations where the SSA is often employed. We stand because the Milky Way Cooperative is the way forward to a communuality of worlds and minds, and perhaps in the future such cooperative could extend to the Cyrannus/Quadrant sector. It is rumour and conspiracy which will only ruin the possibility of a cooperative of worlds, believe me, such "tribal warfare" still reigned supreme for the various humans until recent...
TIAF Flag TIAF Intergalactic Channel - Commander Lorrelas
Perhaps if either the Republic or the Empire had bothered to explain the "sovereignty" issue to us, and if the Empire had been more clear on what "stern action" meant, we may have reacted differently.

But for now, "your excellency", you have won this round. We will back down, for now. We have no plans on leaving the Alliance now, seeing as when the time comes again for Onuris to unite again, the Empire will certainly bar our entrance back in.

Just know, "your excellency", that we are not tolerating your actions. We are enduring them.
ImperialFlag
The Honourable Representative of the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus
As we continually maintain, our warnings were clear. It is not our fault that you failed to respond to them. I am also afraid you backing down is not good enough. Imperial Intelligence has just informed me that the Tybusen Federation attempted to contact known rebels and enemies of the Empire, and by extension the Seven Starr Alliance. This transmission states that the Federation is willing to harbour these fugitives. Luckily, we intercepted the transmission.

You blatantly insult our leaders, you aid our enemies and you question our sovereignty and our laws. Our motion still stands and we are not dropping it.
TIAF Flag TIAF Intergalactic Channel - Commander Lorrelas
Perhaps I was not clear, "your excellency". We are dropping our accusations and we are making an attempt to resolve this. By continuing to attack us, you are digging yourself deeper into a hole you've made with our relations. This makes you no better than us. You should also realize that message was sent out a considerable amount of time prior to this controversy, and since no other offers like that have been made, we can safely say no harm was done on that front.

And I'd like to tell you, "your excellency", not once, during either the Republic or Imperial era up until now, was the Federation ever informed of the issue regarding the sovereignty of the TIAF Cyrandia Province, and as far as we were concerned, the conditions under which we colonized it during the Republic era led us to assume the sovereignty of our Cyrandia Province belonged to us. Let me tell you, first off, insulting your leaders? Your leaders have insulted us as a whole. Aiding your enemies? We could perhaps accuse you of the same, seeing as you only have one piece of outdated evidence. And questioning your sovereignty? Absolutely not. We respect the sovereignty of all nations, but you do not seem to respect ours seeing as you have barred all TIAF civilian traffic in Cyrannus and communication rights in Cyrannus. Now I suggest you back down as well, "your excellency", for I now rest my case, it is your move next.
TIAF, we have no choice but to support the Empire. Ever since the Annihilation, our Gigaquadrant is fractured, broken, fighting against myriads of threats at once. We cannot - we will not maintain yet another internal conflict within the SSA. The universe is rife with threats beyond imagination, and if the Alliance will collapse, so will the whole Gigaquadrant. You have already caused a massive disorder in Andromeda War, and your conflict with the Cyrannian Empire will lead to our doom and destruction.

If this strife will not end, then we would be forced to expel you out of the SSA along with other factions supporting us. The Jarquvix SSA civil war must. Not. Repeat.
MiniGrimb Incoming Transmission - DCP Channel
Its quite clear you still hold anti-CyraEmp sentiment, you recently sent us a message stating your priorities are still for a Republic. Although it is true that there is no rule against personal opinions, you have worked this up into politics and this does endanger your membership.
TIAF Flag TIAF Intergalactic Channel - Admiral Khoffman
*facepalm* Okay, so all of you seriously don't understand what he meant when he said "we're backing down". It means we still hate you, "your excellency", but we're keeping the politics out of it.
ImperialFlag
The Honourable Representative of the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus
That's not good enough. Your attempts to drop this come only after realising that nobody stands by you in your futile anti-Imperial stance. Rest assured, we are not attacking you. We are merely pointing out that you have conspired against our backs since the formation of the Empire, and we are sick of it, and we shall not rest until you have been ejected from the Alliance. Our grand allies of the Delpha Coalition has told us that in the transmission you sent but minutes ago, you still clearly have anti-Imperial sentiment, which certainly has become political.

In the interests of national security, we have also found a transmission from the Tybusen Federation sent to another member state in the Alliance, which shall remain anonymous, asking them to stand beside the Federation against the Empire. It may not have been made yesterday, but this evidence was made only months ago, and if the transmission sent to the Coalition is any indicator, your stance against the Empire remains.

I do not care if you back down, we want you out of the Alliance. Seven other member states also agree it would be best. My thanks to those nations that know that the past is the past, but the future is something more. And I foresee a future of a strong Seven Starr Alliance, without division. For that to occur, the Federation must be ejected.

MiniGrimb Incoming Transmission - DCP Channel
Agreed, while this will not taint our relations outside the SSA, this conspiring against another member in secret is not acceptable and breaches one of the main SSA laws.
Torhan Dalgnovern, Mediator for the Central Body of Shyun
Agreed. A rift has been created in the vital cooperation that holds the alliance together. A bridge must be created in some form or another.

Very well. I have consulted the Grand Assembly, they have decided that we at the Federation will no longer tolerate nor endure the presence of the Cyrannian Empire within the Seven Starr Alliance. If they refuse to budge, then we will find another way around. I speak on behalf of the entire Federation that we are done with the Seven Starr Alliance. It pains me heavily to see Onuris divided when mere months ago, before the dawn of the Empire, we were unified against the threat of evil.

Before I depart these channels, I would like to point out some last things. Clearly, "your excellency", you still have not understood the difference between political stance and general opinion. We are trying to maintain a peaceful political stance, but the general opinion of the Federation is that the Empire is not to be trusted. Please, "your excellency", brush up on your politics before diving in like this. And those messages were sent while the Empire's membership was still disputed; so I suppose you are both right and wrong that we were acting against an SSA member. Our apologies to those who were affected.

As long as the Empire remains in the Alliance, consider us neutral towards the Alliance itself; to all those except the Empire, I hope we can still be on good terms with all of you, outside the Alliance.

I leave you all with this message: Remember who you are really loyal to, and do not let the gravity of a greater power distort your perception of what you stand for.

Good. You are no longer capable of communicating on this board. Nevertheless, we have already supplied ample sources that indicate the Federation's political stance was anything but peaceful in regard to the Empire, so please do not insult my intelligence by indicating so. And if I needed to brush up on my politics, then you still would be a member, now wouldn't you?

Perhaps it is you who needs to brush up on your politics, considering the sources that claim that you have a desire to sock, His Imperial Majesty in the face. Really, so very eloquent. You may also recall that the Empire's membership was never in question by anyone else, but your very civilization, and look where you are now. Now, be a good little empire and run along. The Alliance as a whole has no more patience for your childlike warmongering.

By the way, I am well aware of my title of Excellency, you really do not need to continue pointing it out.

Request of Membership from the Shymiran Divisional Federation

High Councilor Aemeus Aturox
Greetings Seven Starr Alliance. This is High Councillor Aemeus Aturox of the Shymiran Divisional Federation. As what you may call the "successor" to the United Veatrex Federation and the once populous species of Sylits, we, the remains of that great nation, would like to request membership to the SSA so that we can grow and help the Universe in its goal for peace.

The Honourable Representative of the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus

The Empire sees no reason not to accept your request, Councillor Aturox. If there are no objections you are welcome to join the Alliance.
High Councilor Aemeus Aturox
Thank for accepting us, noble Seven Starr Alliance.

Request for membership by the United Hegemony

We, the unite Hegemony, of the Andromeda Galaxy, would like to apply for membership. We realize that even though we do not agree with some of your laws, it is our best shot at suruving in a universe that has been all but destroyed. We are willing to fight and die for for the SSA and her allies. Our empire specifcations are at http://spore.wikia.com/wiki/Fiction:The_Hegemony. We await a response. Seriously, sometime this year would be nice. You already replied to people below me. Come on you guys. I really want to get added.

Incoming transmission from the New Drodo Government

It is not the duty of the Seven Starr Alliance to interfere with the internal affairs of their members. However, if the reformed Drodo Government (or loyalist, depending on the outcome) steps out of line with the alliance's mandates and rules, membership will be terminated and aid will be supplied to either sides of the conflict which is standard for former members.

Civil, internal matters are not of the Seven Starr Alliance's agender, they never have been. The Seven Starr Alliance as an organised body has never interfered with such conflicts as the DCP Civil War, TIAF civil War, the conflicts been the fragmented Jovar or the recent political reforms in the Cyrannus galaxy, and has no need to change it's stance. We co-founded the SSA for exploration and to systematise stability for mutual protection from aggressors. We will stand out the way for the people of the Drodo to arrange the most stable political geometry, mere ideologies of these factions are no concern to us, as long as you as a member find an island of stability, either way. If however, the "New Drodo Government" does not live up to this, and we find evidence, of which you have neither supplied nor has this conflict ended, we won't even terminate the alliance, let alone, "choose sides", if we did, civilians of either side would have to die, which is also against the SSA's policy of protecting our members.

So be it. Representitives of the Delpha Coalition of Planets believe the Drodo empire is yet too unstable for membership with the Seven Starr Alliance. The Drodo can reconsider their alliance when balance has been found, and the resulting government can prove it's worth to us. As much as democracy is against the fibre of my being, we will still need more opinions from other member races.

There is another option for your people! For all willing Drodo, we will send support ships to evacuate the battlezones. Does your worlds still have ecosystems? Any rare lifeforms? --Cephalodian

And what, Cephalodian, does the SSA gain?

Template:Msg/Meta

I do not approve the DCP's standards on that the strongest, fittest Drodo, no matter what their personality is like, are in the best interests of the SSA. Strongest under what and who's definition? It has connotations to darker days of our past... Perhaps it is time the Seven Starr Alliance changes, it is a different universe now. Anyway, we need more opinions whether to terminate or keep Drodo membership, or even, send support...

I would recommend terminating their membership until their species stablises.
