The Seven Starr Alliance is a multigovernmental alliance generally used in the past as a military organization and council formed in order to defend the universe from such threats as evil, aggressive civilizations and intergalactic vandals.
History
Pre-Annihilation
The original Seven Starr Alliance was formed by the Delpha Coalition of Planets and the mysterious individual known as Captain Zaco many years prior to the Annihiliation, as it was formed to counteract the growing number of Vandal attacks on innocent empires. As the alliance grew, many other empires joined such as Rambo Nation and the Church of Spode, who used the SSA to launch and coordinate attacks against the evil Congregation during the Tigris War. However, as more and more empires joined the universal community, the SSA became seemingly abandoned, plunging it into dark times indeed. Luckily, several original members of the Seven Starr Alliance such as the United Republic of Cyrannus and the Girdo Empire spearheaded a revival in the SSA, in order to once again become the focal point of Gigaquadrantic Politics.
Post-Annihilation
However, these glory days would soon end, as the Krassio ascended into a new godrace, the Xol'Etra. The enemies of the Seven Starr Alliance, the Xhodocto decided that this was to be the last straw, and began destroying the universe. Annihilation occurred across the Universe, killing a countless amount of sentient beings. However, because of the help of many forms of benevolent godraces a large portion of the First Gigaquadrant was saved from certain destruction. Because of the sudden strike of the Xhodocto, the races of the Seven Starr Alliance were thrown into disarray until they suddenly met each other through the Seven Starr Citadel, with the help of Apalos. The Seven Starr Alliance was soon reformed as a much more united alliance, and in compliance with this the Onuris Aliance was reformed as the Seven Starr Alliance's military force, while the Board of the Great Eight became part of the SSA council.
Characteristics
Governing Body
Onuris
The Seven Starr Onuris Alliance are the main military of the Alliance. Made of forces who are veterans in the War of Ages and Second Coming, they are incredibly experienced and war-hardened soldiers. Not only this, but their technology is incredibly advanced and adapted due to their many decades of war with the universe' greatest threats. Currently, the Onuris act as SSA's military and police force.
Trade
The Seven Starr Alliance trade amongst each other by default, and do so more in darker times. They share technology, but also ordinary products, for the SSA members who still need their own currency. Some members are beyond as much need for currency, or have a strong economy, so can afford to trade as much as they want.
Territory
The Seven Starr Alliance don't directly own any territory, besides some shared locations. This is because the members control their own territory; while the other SSA members are given a rite of passage, they don't have any control, unless it is offered as a ground to be shared.
Cultures
A two-axis "Archetype" system is used by the Alliance to clasify the cultures of its members, and more importantly, their roles in the intergalactic community:
| Secular | Spiritual | |
|---|---|---|
| War | Warrior | Zealot |
| Peace | Diplomat | Shaman |
| Science | Scientist | Ecologist |
| Money | Trader | |
| Justice | Knight | |
| Enjoyment | Bard | |
| Experience | Wanderer | |
Equipment
The Seven Starr Alliance has a technology-sharing program in which certain technologies are made freely available to all members of the Alliance. These are:
- Deflector shields (a variety: regenerative phasic, absorbent phasic, multiphasic, adaptive phasic, non-phasic and cloaking)
- Hypermatter containment technology
- Intelligent computers
- Multipurpose particle weapons (usable as beam, pulse and mêlée weapons)
- Quantum replicators (plus all knowledge in materials science, chemistry, and particle physics, as well as some in hypermatter)
- Staff of Life (modified: unlimited uses; capable of generating life from variety of biochemistries)

Annihilation
Thank you.
Accepted. And to the more established members of the Seven Starr Alliance: Somebody else should take over this job of accepting membership requests. I have other things to do with my time, you know.
We, Radeons, have rose from the ashes again - the light of faith cannot be extinguished. The Great Messenngers of Spode helped us to get our power back, and so we serve them now. The Messengers have commanded us to find allies in our glorious crusade, and so we have called our old friends, the Seven Starr Alliance...
We request membership in the SSA - once more.
As much as I'd like to accept this request, I'm leaving to the rest of the SSA on a matter of principle. I'm not the secretary, you know.
I see no problem accepting the BNSC's readmission into the Alliance. So long as everyone else agrees.
Accepted. Welcome to the Seven Starr Alliance.
Accepted. Welcome to the Seven Starr Alliance.

Added by WormulonAs members of the Milky Way Cooperative, this newfound technique to create stars from defunct brown holes seems promising, and could help to relocate many dislocated nations and peoples. We would gladly aid in this operations, so long as you agree to our offer.
Please feel free to cooperate. We also are aiding nations in Operation Colonization, if any SSA members wish to aid us in re-opening DCP space to the Seven Starr Alliance at least.
Amazing! The ability to create stars. With this we could almost double in size. Thsi is truly a day to go down in history.
The creation of stars is not unseen. Rather, this is the re-ignition of failed brown dwarfs, but yes, hopefully this will go down in history as a step to rebuilding the future.
That is sad. We are built of what is left of them too. Despit our conflict with them, we are picking up any remnant we can find with peaceful methods. I can understand you remaining true to their legacy, but the fact is they don't exist anymore, nor does the state of the Gigaquadrant. We must now move on, clenching to the past in such times as the current climate will not help anyone survive.
On the Legion of the Deathmarch
- The Cult of the Deathmarch's ships are best dealt with using heavy weaponry. Starfighters are useful for drawing point-defence fire away from missiles, as well as for precise aiming at "weak points" - weapons and engines, although these are no less difficult to destroy than any other parts of the ships. With the exception of the Vorgomon Battlestations and Dominator-class Grand Cruisers, all ships tend to focus on their front-firing weaponry, which can either be a tactical advantage or a weakness depending on the arrangements of ships on both sides of the battle.
- Of the twenty-one major Demon races, infantry should not be used against any of them. The Average size class, which arrived for us via a Chaos rift, are the weakest of the ones that we encountered, and they required orbital bombardment to destroy. Multiple and highly-redundant systems inside your ships are recommended, as many Demons have abilities that will subvert them otherwise. It is also advisible to keep the ships at a far distance from any of the demons. The Auhuira'Seplacurha are only defeatible via instantaneous spacetime warpages and hyperluminal missiles.
- The Large size class arrived via rock-like ships that display weaknesses to only bosonic beam weaponry. They are similar to most of the Average size class, but larger and more powerful.
- There is evidence that non-corporeal demons may have a weakness to certain combinations of Essence, but the data supporting this is still under dispute.
Xiivon Alliance is in action
We have sent ships to the Large Magellanic Cloud to investigate any possible invasion plans that may be occuring there.
We will give you our support. We cannot let the Marinox expand even more than they already are.
Your information appears to be outdated and in some cases quite wrong indeed. For example, the Confederacy and the Imperial Alliance are no longer affiliated with each other, in fact the latter plans to join the Cyrandia. As for the Vartekians, intelligence suggests that they have joined the CAS several months ago. That aside, we would like to send forces to aid you, though unfortunately, our forces are already stretched thin under assaults from the CAS, the Grox and the Basileus Empire.
Imperial ships were sighted among the combined invasion fleet, check the data for yourselves. Though one could admit they may have been captured or left over ships from their old alliance, which it would make sense if the CAS were to do this, since their forces are fighting in your galaxy (though remember, this is unusual activity, since these empires woudn't normally be within 50 light years of each other). As for the Vartekians, they are manipulative and unpredictable, and probably sent their own forces along with a CAS ship.
We can confirm the merging of the Confederation of Andromeda with the CAS, although we're obviously incapable of knowing whether the Vartekians ever intend to break this partnership; knowing them, they'd rather rise to a ruling position within the CAS than secede.
We have no information on the Imperial Remnant besides that which the URC has given you; they apparently intend on joining Cyrandia, and I doubt they would risk even an apparently certain victory if any information of their participation in the battle could leak out to us. Still, we can't be certain.
Do you need assistance? We will be happy to supply you with our 75th and 82nd battalion to assist you.
Yes, we have survived the onslaught and movec back to the Magellanic Cloud. We are also allies with the DCP now.
News Update
- Despite criticism, particularly from the Cyrandia Alliance, the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus is still currently a member of the SSA.
- More SSA member states have been classed as "missing" after periods of inactivity and lack of contact.
- Due to becoming a "protectorate" of the Draconid Imperium, the Shellious Imperium's membership is temporarily suspended until further notice, or unless the Draconid Imperium joins the SSA. That's politics for you.
- In the Milky Way, the Grox Empire has assimilated the Borg Collective, and our intelligence suggests that it is apparently preparing to conduct a full-scale invasion of the galaxy.
Seems like our truce with the Grox is officially over then. Any idea when they'll arrive?
They'll take some time integrating their technology with that of the Borg. Once that's done, any strikes could happen immediately afterwards. I'd recommend preparing a defence against them, but they're more likely to go after bigger targets than yourselves, such as the Delpha Coalition of Planets and the Technoospheric AIs. Still, there's no way of knowing who their targets will be.
**Sirens can be heard in the background** We are under attack! I repeat! Under attack! They have begun raiding ships a long the border, even though we have retreated all personel to within the maelstrom they seem to have learned how to breach it. It is worse than we feared, they even seem to be able to repell the ultra-relativistic projectiles of an Asunder class, as well as photonic weaponry, which means they could have also assimilated the Daleks and Undine.
What's going on over there?! We will send our best men on the job on your go. Just give the go whenever you need it.
Important information: The next targets are likely to be relics scattered across the galaxy. The full list of these, and their coordinates, has been made publically available in the SSA databases. All members of the SSA within the Milky Way, aim for the nearest ones first: we cannot afford delay.
Explanation: While the Grox have been assimilating alien technology ever since the Imperial Civil War, they are doing this even more obsessively since they merged with the Borg. We have even received a report of the assimilation of a Cephalodian steed-ship, which previously the Grox would have simply destroyed.
Additional information: It may be best for members of the SSA in other galaxies to remain there instead of sending vital forces to the Milky Way. We believe the Grox may begin targeting other galaxies soon. However, we will not stop you if you do choose to send reinforcements. We are officially neutral in Gigaquadrantic politics. We have no interest in your War of Ages. Step inside Cyrannus however without permission from the Imperial Senate, and we shall not hesitate but strike you down. In any case, prompting rebellion from the Seven Starr Alliance is certainly not wise, considering it is, and for the last century has been, the focal point of the Gigaquadrant.
But we still have all the shared technology and all of the shellious onuris soldiers. Try and attack and we will show you that we are not as peaceful and harmless as we look. The SSA is none of our concern now. We have no use for peace keepers that can't do their jobs like they used to. Thid is the final word that you will hear from the shellious imperium. Plôptñ,kklYixaLlisShe, we are through.
Oh. No. Whatever. Will. We. Do. Without. The. Shellious. This. Day. Is. Truly. Tragic.
Dammit, I just hope the Grox don't kick us off our home again and blow it up. The whole BNSC will cry for war on every single empire for not preventing it. Now, that would be nasty. The nastiest war known to Bearian and alien alike.
TAE
Furthemore, ever since the Draconis proposed Pax Draconica to Kies, Kies has been lashing out against the Draconis and promoting a faction I can't find anywhere in the Universal networks called "Kax'venes", which is a translation in Asgordian from the KUL "Kaxvis". A similar thing is occuring with the TIAF, except the TIAF started the insults from what I am aware.
Kies may now have a girlfriend, I hope she's smarter than him, because right now Kies is a freaking idiot. Ko'han out.Although freedom of expression is of course permitted on this discussion board, it is recommended not to openly voice suspicions about one of the SSA's most powerful members, even if only for security reasons. If you had discovered that a member state had some evil plans, you wouldn't want to let them know about it and give them a chance to cover their tracks, would you?
For the record, we have no reason to believe that the GEC is intending to do anything to the KrawFed other than perhaps expand upon its protectorate status, and we're overly suspicious about literally everyone. We agree with you that the KrawFed under Kies is acting unusually; we have already noted the Cult activity, and Kies should be far more thankful for the Draconid Imperium than he already is - their dominion over the anti-GEC Shellious government removed another opportunity for warfare that could have further harmed the Kraw Galaxy, had the Shellious made the logical strategic decision that Cyrannus wasn't the best GEC-aligned galaxy to attack.
One of the SSA's most powerful nembers? Who, the TIAF?
No, the GEC. I thought it was common knowledge that they're SSA members; they're right there on the publically-accessible member list.
... I have no idea what to do now. Stay here and have Knaelem, I suppose?
There should be no harm in remaining in the SSA. The GEC only attacked your colonies in Cyrannus, because they were in Cyrannus. I wouldn't take it personally.
I'm here to protest against Kies and protest I will. So, where's all the talk about toppling Kies or plans against the Kraw Galaxy that supposedly exist here in Kies's propaganda?
They're a figment of his imagination, much like the GEC not being an SSA member. It wouldn't surprise me if Kies didn't even realise that the Brood of War and Gros Empire and other such nations that he fights against don't have anything to do with us. We hope no more than you do for the destruction of Kies and the united Kraw Galaxy... with the exception of those of us who think his current attitude is really annoying.
A Call for Justice
There have been rumors, Jerkon. And we are suspicious about how readily the Cult backed the Empire's protectorate, the Kraw...
We hold no resentment for the people of Cyrannus, let that be known. However, can we really consider your government the same as the Republic that preceded it? The Empire's recent actions suggest otherwise, "your excellency". And damage has been dealt already; your continued membership in the Alliance has disillusioned the Cyrandia with many of us.
The Shyun Empire Requests Membership
Thank you for acknowledging our request. We are grateful to be part of this alliance.
An End to Division
But for now, "your excellency", you have won this round. We will back down, for now. We have no plans on leaving the Alliance now, seeing as when the time comes again for Onuris to unite again, the Empire will certainly bar our entrance back in.
In the interests of national security, we have also found a transmission from the Tybusen Federation sent to another member state in the Alliance, which shall remain anonymous, asking them to stand beside the Federation against the Empire. It may not have been made yesterday, but this evidence was made only months ago, and if the transmission sent to the Coalition is any indicator, your stance against the Empire remains.
We have to agree, for SSA has to remain united.
Agreed. A rift has been created in the vital cooperation that holds the alliance together. A bridge must be created in some form or another.
Before I depart these channels, I would like to point out some last things. Clearly, "your excellency", you still have not understood the difference between political stance and general opinion. We are trying to maintain a peaceful political stance, but the general opinion of the Federation is that the Empire is not to be trusted. Please, "your excellency", brush up on your politics before diving in like this. And those messages were sent while the Empire's membership was still disputed; so I suppose you are both right and wrong that we were acting against an SSA member. Our apologies to those who were affected.
As long as the Empire remains in the Alliance, consider us neutral towards the Alliance itself; to all those except the Empire, I hope we can still be on good terms with all of you, outside the Alliance.
I leave you all with this message: Remember who you are really loyal to, and do not let the gravity of a greater power distort your perception of what you stand for.Good. You are no longer capable of communicating on this board. Nevertheless, we have already supplied ample sources that indicate the Federation's political stance was anything but peaceful in regard to the Empire, so please do not insult my intelligence by indicating so. And if I needed to brush up on my politics, then you still would be a member, now wouldn't you?
Perhaps it is you who needs to brush up on your politics, considering the sources that claim that you have a desire to sock, His Imperial Majesty in the face. Really, so very eloquent. You may also recall that the Empire's membership was never in question by anyone else, but your very civilization, and look where you are now. Now, be a good little empire and run along. The Alliance as a whole has no more patience for your childlike warmongering.
Request of Membership from the Shymiran Divisional Federation
The Empire sees no reason not to accept your request, Councillor Aturox. If there are no objections you are welcome to join the Alliance.
Thank for accepting us, noble Seven Starr Alliance.
Request for membership by the United Hegemony
We, the unite Hegemony, of the Andromeda Galaxy, would like to apply for membership. We realize that even though we do not agree with some of your laws, it is our best shot at suruving in a universe that has been all but destroyed. We are willing to fight and die for for the SSA and her allies. Our empire specifcations are at http://spore.wikia.com/wiki/Fiction:The_Hegemony. We await a response. Seriously, sometime this year would be nice. You already replied to people below me. Come on you guys. I really want to get added.
Incoming transmission from the Drodo Empire
Greetings, Captain Cesterity. Considering that no member state has opposed your request for membership, the Empire will hereby ratify your membership. Welcome to the Seven Starr Alliance.
On behalf of the entire Drodo race, thank you, Grand Mandator, I believe this is the next step to the continued survival of my people.
You are very welcome, Captain. Again, welcome to the Alliance.
Incoming transmission from the New Drodo Government
"The entirty of the Drodo race is united under this regime" What a crock, its more like you Mafia idiots are holding the Core Worlds hostage under your totaletarian, big brother regime, while everyone else are raising their guns in rebellion. People of the Seven Starr Alliance, you can't grant the NDG admittance, they stand against every ideal the Alliance holds dear. Please, side with the Loyalists, side with the true Drodo Empire!
It is not the duty of the Seven Starr Alliance to interfere with the internal affairs of their members. However, if the reformed Drodo Government (or loyalist, depending on the outcome) steps out of line with the alliance's mandates and rules, membership will be terminated and aid will be supplied to either sides of the conflict which is standard for former members.
I see. Does attempted massacre of a planet's population affiliated with their own organisation count as a transgression of said regulations?
That is absolute balderdash. They where affiliated with those rebels!
They weren't affiliated with us at that time. Hell, they didn't even know was happening for the duration of it.
Civil, internal matters are not of the Seven Starr Alliance's agender, they never have been. The Seven Starr Alliance as an organised body has never interfered with such conflicts as the DCP Civil War, TIAF civil War, the conflicts been the fragmented Jovar or the recent political reforms in the Cyrannus galaxy, and has no need to change it's stance. We co-founded the SSA for exploration and to systematise stability for mutual protection from aggressors. We will stand out the way for the people of the Drodo to arrange the most stable political geometry, mere ideologies of these factions are no concern to us, as long as you as a member find an island of stability, either way. If however, the "New Drodo Government" does not live up to this, and we find evidence, of which you have neither supplied nor has this conflict ended, we won't even terminate the alliance, let alone, "choose sides", if we did, civilians of either side would have to die, which is also against the SSA's policy of protecting our members.
I do believe we have several recordings of the NDG's atrocites in our databanks, we could deliver them to you, as they are quite... moving. However, if you are going to stand your ground and stay neutral, so be it, we will not have any negitive feelings against you or the alliance.
WHAT!? You have recordings? You give those to anyone, I'll skin you alive and deliver your hide to Admiral Vitaze!
Do show us the recordings. If you do so on a quantum encrypted channel, transmitted via subspace, then your location and the nature of the message will not be found and tampered with.
Very well, just remodding our subspace radios... and... there! Here they are;
- Recordings play, show entire towns being burnt down, people lined up and shot, and planets bombarded*
That Fleet Captain must of sent those damned recordings... That is it! I want a full manhunt for him and his fleet! He will suffer a fate far worse than death...
There is another option for your people! For all willing Drodo, we will send support ships to evacuate the battlezones. Does your worlds still have ecosystems? Any rare lifeforms? --Cephalodian
Support? Well, we are... in need of support, at the moment. Taking out the sly bastard Cesterity.
Its not whether to keep or terminate membership, its what faction to give membership to. You see, the NDG is incredibly oppressive and irresponsible regime, that have a godawful (but massive) defense fleet. Keeping the Core Worlds hostage under their little bubble of power.
I would recommend terminating their membership until their species stablises.
Drodo Civil War resolved
Thanks to the actions of the now-missing Fleet Captain Cesterity, we have finally overthrown the New Drodo Government. Our government has went straight to work restabliseing the empire, and thanks to the NDG's short reign, it is almost done. However, the Drodo democratic council has made the desicion to not return to the Seven Starr Alliance. From what we have seen, it is a ineffectual union, that does little to assist its members in times of crisis. Despite this, we will assist the alliance's members in times of need.
May you all prosper.
