In the Civilization Stage, citizens perform various actions in the public space provided in their city. Some of these actions are not archetype-specific, and some are restricted to one archetype only.
In Economic cities, the actions are all money related. They involve cash giveaways, game shows, and gambling.
A money giveaway where citizens walk up, and remove money bags from a surprisingly large stack of gold and sporebucks. The host will refuse to give one person a bag.
A money giveaway where a host carries a bag of gold coins and throws them into the air.
A game where the host places a ball under one of three cups, moves them around rapidly, and the guesser takes their guess. He (or she) always loses. No money is transacted.
An open-air game show where a host sets up a wheel with different categories representing prizes, and the contestant spins the wheel. No money is transacted.
A gathering where either papers or coins are thrown up into the air.
Military[]
In Military cities the actions are all military-related. They include push-up and running drills, military rallies, marching drills, and the occasional 21 Gun Salute.
A military drill where citizens are forced to do push-ups repeatedly.
A military drill where citizens march behind an instructor.
A military drill where guns are fired (most likely blanks) into the air.
A public brawl in which people gather in a circle to watch two people fighting (victory pictured).
An official gives a speech in front of a crowd using a megaphone. He has two armed guards. He will be making punching motions, so the speech is likely about war and crushing the enemy.
A military drill where citizens run after the instructor and sprint (or if they have wings, fly) around the city.
Religious[]
In Religious cities, the actions are all religion-related. They include worship or prayer ceremonies, musical ceremonies, and merry-making.
A ceremony where a priest leads worshippers in front of an altar, and is bathed in golden light, seemingly from nowhere.
A ceremony where three or five people sit in a ray of light and pray to the Source.
A procession where a band plays music, which sounds like the title screen theme. The band consists of horns, drums, and possibly flutes, and there are also dancers.
A ceremony where some citizens will be singing and throwing flowers around. Either one individual will be moving around in a circle surrounded by stationary flower-throwers, or a stationary group of worshippers will be surrounded by dancers and moving flower-throwers.
Unrestricted[]
These actions have been observed to occur in all three types of cities.
Three citizens gather around and look through a telescope.
Two or three citizens gather around and start a conversation using bubbles, with pictures representing ideas or concepts.
If there is a low happiness level, the citizens will hold signs with an unhappy face on them and protest.
If there's a war involving the city, the citizen will be panic and start to run to find the place to hide
