Inhabitable moons

In the 2005 GDC Presentation, we saw that Will's home world had two moons orbiting it. It is unclear whether it will be able to visit, land on or colonize these natural satellites.

In this demonstration, he did land and colonize a moon. When approaching the "planet" in his solar system to drop a creature to test its atmosphere he says "Let's pull up to this moon." It's about 23 minutes into the gameplay video. However, when he zooms out from the now-terraformed rock, he calls it a "happy little planet."

Before zooming in to the planet the trails they leave behind them indicate that the atmosphere free planetoid isn't a moon.

In the 2006 E3 video Will pulls his UFO up to an inhabited moon that was obviously circling a large gas giant-type planet. It was later revealed that the moon was a colony of an alien civilization.
