Lowers a large amount of terrain.
This is the largest in the Lower Terrain line of terraforming tools, significantly lowering the targeted terrain and almost guaranteeing the appearance of water, ice, or lava depending upon the planet and surface shot at.

This requires the Terra-Wrangler 3
or the Explorer 3 badge.
