Spaceship editor

The Spaceship editor is one of the final editors in the spore space stage (the others being the Space Outfitter and the Colonial Vehicle editor). This is where the player designs their own spaceship (or UFO, even though a "UFO" stands for Unindentified flying object, even though the spaceship is identified) and adds parts, such as weapons to it - although the weapons you add to it will not give any special attacks, they are purely cosmetic. Spaceships are used to navigate through the cosmos and contact other empires, which is called Interstellar Travel. Spaceships are now the only vehicle used in the game, and you are confined to it, though in Spore Galactic Adventures, you will be able to get out of your spaceship, and possibly use weapons you added to your spaceship in the editor. Surprisingly, the spaceship you created is the only spaceship in all of your empire, though other empires have more than 20 per planet.
