Welcome to SporeWiki. SporeWiki is a wiki dedicated to the effort of cataloging all possible information related to the computer simulation game Spore. There are a few links that you might want to check out if you plan on editing here, or even if you're just browsing for some info:

A little about yourself: I really can't wait until Spore's released, and I'm hoping for a demo creature editor before release so I can test it out. I'm looking forward to flying creatures, and I'm still really hoping they'll make the final cut. I'm also really looking for some user-created parts and such, as you could find for the Sims and Sims 2 online. Some official patches with new stuff would be good, too.

A little about yourself: Great at spelling (usually) and at using big words. I try to make it simple for the smallbrained ones, but I can't help it. I MUST use big words, for clarity. All right, I am an avid NPOV supporter, part of the Anti-Troll and Vandalism committee on every wiki I go to that I can find one on (founded one once), and support the encouragement of new users. I have played Sim City since 1995 (I was 3), and Sims since 2000. Been following Spore since "Will Wright Was Working On A Secret Project" (was that '03). Program in VB, Visual Web Developer, Visual C#, and Visual C++, all express versions. Only any good at VB and Web Developer. Dual boot in Ubuntu Linux. Stay with windows for the games. Also play Battlefield 2, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and more. Offline, play piano and 178 other instruments that can be played on a keyboard ;-). Think thats enough?

A little about yourself: I am an obnoxious teenager of dreadful gurth, but I'm not disgustingly large, at least by modern standards. I live in a land where you may need to use your heater and your A.C. on the same day, and the exchange of any ideas relating to Star Trek may or may not be legal- I'm not sure. It does not matter though, because no one around here cares much for Star Trek, including myself.
I am very fond of wierd independant music, and much much fonder of the art and industry of the cinema. Yes, I love movies. Stanley Kubrick is the best director, yes, and I'm sorry if you think otherwise, because you are sorely mistaken.
As for the music- you have not heard of Danielson Famile or Boy Omega or the Unicorns, few of you know the Magnetic Fields, and I'm sure several of you have at least heard of the Shins, and those are the bands I'm often listening to lately.
It is my hope for the future that I some day become the leader of a resistance against Sudanese genocidal maniacs, or the grand conqueror and uniter of Central America. I'm not motivated to do either of those for strong political or moral reasons, but rather for the semi-suicidal hell of it.
