For 'Bioweapons' in the space age wouldn't you likely be able to create something ala Zerg/Tyranid [a giant killer bug creature] dump a bunch on a planet and come later to see the whole ecosystem taken down by the abundance of large preadators, thus killing off a civiliation? I'm pretty sure access to the creature editor at late stages was confirmed. —This comment was added by 64.230.5.189 (Talk • Contributions • E-mail).
- It's possible, although I don't see that developed cities will be impacted by wild predators very much. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 11:00, 29 April 2006 (PDT)
[edit] FAQ
This is pretty much a FAQ list, so wouldn't FAQ (or Frequently asked questions) be more suitable? In any case, it needs to be standarized and categorized for the sake of readability.

- We can have a FAQ page, but this is more of a "ask anything you want about spore and get it answered" page, even if the question isn't "frequently" asked. I LOVE what they did on the gaming steve forum, and I'd love to borrow that if we can find a nice way of putting it in, with links to the full links here. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 15:56, 20 May 2006 (PDT)
- An information sheet like that is exactly what a wiki is an improvement to. But the author of it would have to agree on either adding it here, or letting someone do it for him.

- Yup, I know that, but I was thinking the main points of that, he has some good faq questions in there. And aquaman doesn't mind having his stuff here, so if I just let him know, he won't mind. I copied his stuff about E3 2006 and let him know and he had no problem. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 17:51, 20 May 2006 (PDT)
- This is the SporeWiki equivalent of the reference desk, even though it isn't really evident if you don't start from the top. Samog 18:46, 20 May 2006 (PDT)
Perhaps a relativly small "FAQ" with links to bigger sections, would be useful? Anyone up to the challenge? -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 13:43, 23 May 2006 (PDT)
[edit] Archives
The page is getting big enough to trigger the "this page is getting pretty big" warning. I suggest archiving the old stuff, again à la the reference desk. Samog 22:15, 15 July 2006 (PDT)
- Sounds good, feel free, I'll do it tonight if it hasn't been done. -- Mason11987 (T - C - E) ∞ 09:11, 16 July 2006 (PDT)
- First, I'm going to try to organize the questions. -- Mason11987 (T - C - E) ∞ 20:23, 16 July 2006 (PDT)
- Perhaps I'll organize it a bit more later, but I'm good for now. -- Mason11987 (T - C - E) ∞ 20:39, 16 July 2006 (PDT)
- I reckon this page should be organized into headings such as Creatures, Hardware, etc. I'll do that, and if it's bad, you guys can revert... good? ~ Megalomania 05:04, 25 March 2007 (PDT)
- Done. What do you guys think? ~ Megalomania 05:21, 25 March 2007 (PDT)
- Well done, It makes it a lot easier to see if someone has already asked the question you want to ask but I think it needs a section on unanswered questions or something so that so that people can go on and easily find questions that haven't been answered and see if they can help. Otherwise someone might ask a question but no-one would ever answer it because they don't notice it because it is surrounded by questions that have been answered. Timfee 09:34, 28 March 2007 (PDT)
