Droseraceae (Salisb, ????) or flytraps are carnivorous plants with jaw-like, sometimes sticky structures designed to catch prey. Although real flytraps are much less monster-like than their common cultural depictions, monstrous carnivorous plants can be classified in this taxon as well.
