[edit] The ship
One of the largest ships ever created, its primary function is to contain any rouge or dangerous member of any race that has made a criminal act against the tribunal, its armour is virtually indesdructible and each level of the ship has a cell and it also has a caffiteria at the center of the ship, at the very front is the cockpit with the same armour as the sides, it is the size of the crusiers hull and it has three levels , the top leval is the office to file the criminals they have collected, the second level is the steering where the second captin/warden maintains the course of the ship to designated planets so the prisoners who have been sentenced to death the third level is security too keep an eye on the prisoners incase of any emergency. it sometimes abducts a few human intruders who have invaded the planets of the Woatar System and transported to the tribunal located on the second moon of athros 10, once the decision if final they can keep the human intruder for a few days until until they make contact the humans to pick up the prisoners and go and never return to the system again.

Various species serve as high security guards to subdue criminals.

Six to nine serve as non leathal restrainers they spit out webbing to subdue stronger creatures and they drag them to the cells.

These nocturnal powerhouses serve as the night guards highly proud of their physical strength and superior night vision and radar system, they can hear someone try to file his way to freedom, they tend to frown apon that.

They are basicly the riot squad if something goes wrong these mental giants will send a massive psychokenetic wave that will send all criminals to a nightmare relem which they can not wake unless the mugachtula says so.

Only one serves as a warden to keep things in line since no other race wants to make one mad they dont want the reciving end of the amphibious mosters teeth, who need a guard dog when you have a ressurected martian creature with a row of dagger like teeth. The rumors of that vicious iron fisted reptilian fish of beating up the prisoners in a burtal fasion might be true since most martians do have aggresivly short tempers and the males and females have been known to treat others poorly if their rank status is threatend or if the hunt was unsucessful.

They may have the physical appearence of an avreage human but they have the strength to take out any brutish criminal with a few moves that have been taught through generations, one also serves as the warden and many convicts fear her more than the martian but the female is more compassionate to others than the psycho fish from hell.
