any body how wants to join the Galactic Protection Agency(GPA) are welcome to just read these rules and if you agree thin join and flow the rules # 7,11 these rules are simple and easy to flow.
1 Thou shall not steal from a fellow ally.
2 Thou shall not attack a fellow ally.
3 If at war you can call for help and the called have to come unless either at war or other engagements.
4 You can be in more than one alliance as long as their ideals don not clash with our ones (refer to 1,2 and 6).
5 Thou shall only spare mercy to those not committed of the foulest crimes such as genocide and mass murder.
6 Thou shall respect thy ally's tradition and laws, lest they disrespect thy own.
7 Thou shall contribute at least one form of technology to the alliance.
8 Thou shall not make use of super-weapons unless agreed upon by the Council.
9 Thou shall not conspire with thy enemy to destroy the Agency, in part or whole.
