Yes, technology is freely shared by all members of the Empire. This only applys to patents that the government has acess to, a private citizen can kepp their inventions to themselves. Sorry for not responding, I was on vacation in Wisconsin. Introi Leader 21:07, 27 July 2008 (UTC)

By the way, I was looking at your Traconian batlle carrier, and I saw the cloning facilities part. Since it is illegal under Content:Natrian Empire laws to create sapient life, I edited it to say that they make ferocious beasts, and control them via robotic implants.
