[edit] Hey

Sorry for reuploading your images, but I needed to crop and resize them so that they fit for what I am using them for (The same as has been done on the creature editor page).

It's quite alright, I just saw that you initially put up the one from last year, and decided to get the newer ones up. And it seems you know what you are doing to get the images to look less blury. Keep up the good work. - Yossitaru 00:42, 14 May 2006 (PDT)

[edit] Possibly adding a message board

We are thinking of possibly adding a message board to the wiki, we'd like to hear if the users here would use it and think that it's a good idea. For more information, check out SporeWiki:Message_board/Vote. We'd like to hear what you think. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 15:17, 22 May 2006 (PDT)

[edit] We could use your input

I'm setting up a proposal to change our databases (like the Creature database into a kind of sporepedia. All the details are still being worked out but I could use comments from people who are actually involved in adding creatures to sporewiki and for anyone willing to help make such a transition work if we are going to make this transition. If you have any ideas for how something like this could be done better of if you have any comments what so ever head over to: SporeWiki:Proposal for the creation of the SporepediaWiki and let us know on the talk page. Thanks. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions - E-mail) 19:54, 2 June 2006 (PDT)

[edit] When welcoming new members

When welcoming new members you might want to use use this instead

== Welcome ==
{{SUBST:welcome|name}}

that way the welcome template doens't have to be loaded everywhere, it just puts the welcome message text in it's place. You can of course use the ip versions of the welcome1 versions with that too, thanks -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions - E-mail) 17:59, 7 June 2006 (PDT)

[edit] Updated all the welcome templates

I just updated all the welcome templates, now you need to type less to place them on red-linked talk pages, just do this:

For anonymous IPs:
{{subst:welcomeip}} (to use the welcome image)
{{subst:welcomeip1}} (to not use the welcome image)

For registered users:
{{subst:welcome}} (to use the welcome image)
{{subst:welcome1}} (to not use the welcome image)

you no longer need to type in your username, it automatically signs for you, just letting everyone know. -- Mason11987 (T - C - E) 14:08, 4 August 2006 (PDT)

[edit] Tamaran

I am responding to your query concerning the name of the planet of the Willosaurs. I actually saw the name in the wikipedia entry of Spore. I'm guessing that those were edited by people who have seen better resolution videos of Spore Demos. I do find it a bit suspicious that Tamaran is also a planet in the Teen Titans series (by DC).

[edit] Hi!

Hi Yossitaru! I'm Richard, one of Wikia's Helpers who specializes in Gaming Wikis. I'm here to help out your wiki by improving navigation, creating useful templates, creating new content, improving some MediaWiki pages, welcoming new users, expanding current content, and more. Feel free to ask me if you need help with a template or contact me if got something in mind you'd like me to do on my talk page. I look forward to contributing with you! I've left this note on all the administrator's talk pages as well.--Richard 17:14, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Concept/Content

The only problem I see with that is this: How do you distinguish a content topic which never had a concept topic from a concept topic which never had a content topic? Schnautzr 22:47, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
